      @@SunitPhysioTherapist thnks for responding but I forgot to say that it was an injury of my right hand fingers on 30 april 2020. In order to kick high,I fell down after slipping of left leg and touch the concrete ground with right-hand fingers with full weight. fingers bent sideways & lot of pain....next day joint of two middle fingers very swelled. now with less swelling ,fingers are not bending easily but pain and jerking the hand also gives me pain and feel me that one vein of middle finger is creating pain...plssssssss suggest me as no nearby physiotherapist is on becoz of lockdown.
