Cervical Spondylosis mein right side sone per mujhe chakkar aati hai nind mein bhi pura sar ghumta hai
Most of the time I experience this kind of muscle spasms in my legs especially at night and if there is cold condition(I can't survive in the room where people use fan). Please I need explanation for this

सर नमस्ते मेरी आंख में स्टैंड प्रॉब्लम आ गया है और मेरे मैं एक्सरसाइज से कंट्रोल तो कर ली है लाइट टॉर्च लगते हैं तो फिर थोड़ा सा तिरछापन आ जाता है और वह बना रहा था डॉक्टर ऑपरेशन की सलाह देने क्या उसके लिए भी कोई एक्सरसाइज है
