  • Alice Rohrwacher’s third feature is a strange, beguiling movie suspended between realism and fable.

Great movie. But a review should be at least 3 minutes long to be of any use.

It was an interesting movie experience. What a nice filmmaking! The real star is Lazzaro. No doubts!

I'm all for patient films and ones that are more cerebral but the narrative here is absolutely bone dry and the symbolism is not THAT strong or compelling. This movie has so few shining moments. I should not have watched this.

Aaron D Can you stop sharing your stupid opinion on every video that is about the movie?

This one of those movies you watch to feel not watch to understand. It was a good experience

@@joeyramone3785 yes! I was thinking the same thing, it’s not a movie that has any super solid logic, but is more symbolic, and I really enjoyed it a lot. The film itself is really pretty as well, and leave room for the audience to breathe and think on the exploitation and innocence of lazzaro.
