I love your policies, I personally think about clothes in a very similar way as well; how much will I wear it, how much of an impact will it have on my wardrobe etc. It also helps stretch my budget! I do this too, my only criteria though is frequency of wear. I sort of stick to one look so alot of my wardrobe consists of variations of the same pieces. Rn I have 2 trash bags full of old clothes I never wear and am still thinning.
