@@SpainonaFork, here's my report on your, "Spanish Vinegar & Garlic Potatoes." Albert! ALBERT!!! They are going to be my #1 choice for fried potatoes from now on. It's so easy and the flavor is THE BEST!!! I used red wine vinegar instead of white vinegar, but I don't care, it was THAT GOOD!

@@SpainonaFork a tip from a longtime chef: take each garlic clove, smash them once sharply on cutting board under a knife using your hand against flat side of the knife, the skins will come off quite easily then... great channel, just subscribed

Ah geez , Albert......you're always tempting me with these potato dishes I can't eat......I love potatoes, but only eat them rarely except on cheat days. And you have so many I want to try, I've built up a big backlog , so it's hard to decide which to try first.. I do think I'll try this with cauliflower really soon , though.

I made these for breakfast yesterday, and they were really good! The vinegar was really great. I think I might do mostly white wine vinegar, but add a small amount of balsamic next time. Great recipe!

This was a super yummy recipe! I thought the vinegar would be too over powering but it absorbed nicely into the potatoes. I made this with the spanish eggs and it was sooooo yummy.

Great recipes are always with simple food not complex with many ingredients. The moment I see these simple traditional recipes I save them.
One suggestion is to add Coriander to the Parsley as well. May be 50/50.
Made these without oil or salt and they were crispy and delicious.
