    What's not to love about Spain on a Fork? No expensive, difficult to find ingredients and no ludicrous gadgets to cook with and no pretentious attitudes. Your wonderful clear instructions are all served up with tonnes of genuine enthusiasm AND the food tastes fabulous !

    So happy I found this. A friend of my mom’s made these for us when I was younger. I had it in my memory but couldn’t remember how she made them. This seems exactly the same. I’ll be making these tomorrow. 👍🏼😁

    Looks delicious. Great vegan recipe. When I try this tonight, I'll leave the skin on and use a lot less oil, to avoid the need to drain off the excess.

      @@SpainonaFork, here's my report on your, "Spanish Vinegar & Garlic Potatoes." Albert! ALBERT!!! They are going to be my #1 choice for fried potatoes from now on. It's so easy and the flavor is THE BEST!!! I used red wine vinegar instead of white vinegar, but I don't care, it was THAT GOOD!

      @@SpainonaFork a tip from a longtime chef: take each garlic clove, smash them once sharply on cutting board under a knife using your hand against flat side of the knife, the skins will come off quite easily then... great channel, just subscribed

    Ah geez , Albert......you're always tempting me with these potato dishes I can't eat......I love potatoes, but only eat them rarely except on cheat days. And you have so many I want to try, I've built up a big backlog , so it's hard to decide which to try first.. I do think I'll try this with cauliflower really soon , though.

    Made your vinegar potatoes last week and now I have to keep making them to have a supply in the refrig. Made your empanada with tuna. Really delicious but...🤭
    my heritage on mom's side in La Coruña (Abuela/from Sada & "Papa" from Puentedeume).
    Anyway, they made empanada like yours... but made it with bacalao which was amazing!!

    I tried this tonight. Wow! I can't wait to try it again.. Maybe with vegetables instead. I did it with balsamic vinegar instead but it turned out amazing.
    Make sure you do it in a well ventilated area though

    I made these for breakfast yesterday, and they were really good! The vinegar was really great. I think I might do mostly white wine vinegar, but add a small amount of balsamic next time. Great recipe!

    This was a super yummy recipe! I thought the vinegar would be too over powering but it absorbed nicely into the potatoes. I made this with the spanish eggs and it was sooooo yummy.

    Great recipes are always with simple food not complex with many ingredients. The moment I see these simple traditional recipes I save them.
    One suggestion is to add Coriander to the Parsley as well. May be 50/50.
