Thank you. Thank you for giving yourself permission to take small steps. It took me 50 years to realize, I will not give up if I give myself permission to take ridiculously small steps. I feel as accomplished as you do here and I want to keep going. I'm so proud of you! Keep it up girl.
I've been hooping for three days now thanks to this beautiful being. Such a motivation she is đ it whooped my arse on the first day but I'm getting the hang of it now đ
even as someone who works out regularly, it amazes me what uses muscles you don't realize that they do. I thought I had been in decent shape when I went to the trampoline park with my kids the first time, thought I was dying the next morning đ things like this are definitely more effective than people realize at first
this gets people up and moving and makes it fun. Cardio is Cardio, and the best cardio for everyone is when it actually gets done consistently. things like this totally helped me lose weight 9 years ago (lost 250 lbs), and I'm absolutely trying this to get back on track.
I'm watching videos trying to figure this thing out and found you! I'm crying with you!!! You have given me hope that I will eventually get this! Keep on hooping girl!!â€
This is fantastic. Your videos have inspired me to actually take mine out of the box and not get discouraged. I tried for 30 minutes, it didn't go well lol. But it will.
Im planning to buy one of these from walmart this weekend. I bought a mini stepper (to feel like doing stairs) too. I LOVED this realistic goal! I was trying to figure out how im supposed to manage 30 minutes of hooping, when it was killing my legs to reach 3 minutes of a stepper. This video shows that small steps are still progress and im not alone in my struggle. â€
I been using mine for a week now and already took off a link. I'm so excited by this. It really works. I get the emotions being able to do it for that long because when I first started I couldn't do it at all and almost gave up but kept pushing everyday. I still can't do 30 minutes I can maybe do 5 minutes. But you got this you can do it.
I agree with you 100% on this comment and Iâm exactly the same way. I had given up twice on it because it couldnât get it but after watching her I realized I just had to keep trying and at first I could barely get the ball around 3 times and I was lucky to go for 5 minutes but each day I saw I was able to keep it going around a bit more and now I can get it around about 30 times and go for about 10 minutes and after 15 days I already lost a link.
i am so proud of you and you have been my inspiration you made it fun for me to keep going when is the next challenge i have been doing it with you keep up the good work!
I have one and itâs not the weight of the ball. It takes a bit of time to get your rhythm figured out to keep it going. Iâm on week three of using it everyday and Iâm just now finally starting to get my rhythm down to keep it going. I have times where I can keep it going 20-30 times around and then I have times where I can only get it around 5 times. Just keep doing it everyday no matter what and you will get it I promise. I canât even go a straight 10 minutes without stopping to rest and Iâve already lost a link after 15 days. When I first started I couldnât even get it around 3-4 times without it stopping so just keep at it you are doing great
Keep trying! It took me a few days to figure out where it worked best positioned on my body. I like mine higher up on my waist and if it has slack I really struggle. I also lengthened the weight with the extra string just a little and that made the largest difference for me. I can now keep it up for a few songs at a time, I can move into different positions while keeping it going, and I'm able to speed it up when I notice it starts to slow down too much. I'm a big lady with RA and I've never been able to use a regular hula hoop. If you keep trying and figure out what's best for your body, and the movement that works best for you, you'll get it and rock this! đ€
I cannot keep this thing going it just slowly dies down after 4 or 5 times around and it's not because I'm tired it just won't keep going. I feel like your rope is longer than mine. I'll be sad if I wasted that much money. I was really hoping to use it at home so I didn't have to go to the gym

Iâm bout to order me 1!!â€
Good job, you did great.
I just bought a hoop today I'm hoping it will get me to a weight to where I can actually walk without pain
I had a hard time the first day and Iâm on day #3 and was able to keep it going for 10 mins once I got the placement, foot stance and rhythm down
I canât figure this out. Maybe I have too much weight in the ball? How much weight am I suppose to have in the ball?

Is there somewhere that shows me how to put the links together?
Mine came in the mail, I want to cry... I can't get it going for more than a couple of laps around đ. It's so discouraging đ„ș

My back is sore day 2
Iâm trying to figure out why this feels like a pyramid scheme
