New record to come. "I set the record for the fastest cannonball in a salvage title car."
Ed may have that already in his 2904 S-class
Fonzi: “We love fixing cars basically for free as long as they’re fun for us to fix”
Tavarish: “wait there are cars that are FUN to fix?”
This is gold
@@yzrippin I love me some cartrek
@@armandoislas1070 IKR and Season 4 is coming early May! I AM SO EXCITED!!!
best comment ever !!!
I read that in tavarish’s voice
“That’s an easy fix, that’s just a scratch for us” - This guy
Yes sir
4:20 cars 4 life
Arthur Tussik agrees
If he didn’t have a accent I wouldn’t believe him at all
Watch that boron.....
I can't wait to drive this car again!
You know Arne, it's a good thing he's a VinWiki sub and recognized your car, you know?
that’s you! that’s you they’re talking about!
You will.. next time though, make sure there isn’t a sleepy trucker hauling ass nearby:) glad you’re ok
please make sure he knows what he's doing, you have to make him replace it all, you simply can not pull the metal without making it incredibly unsafe. pulling, welding and bending will change the properties of the metal completely, it will stop protecting the occupants, he also has to weld in the areas specified by the manufacturer, NO WHERE ELSE, getting your car back is cool and all, but its not worth it if it could kill you in an accident.
@@dadi2450 you don't know fonzi am I right
This guy is amazing only 25 years old and fixing salvaged cars.. 90% of drivers don't know where the washer fluid goes
i still dont know where the blinker fluid goes! i cant even find any at autozone.. 😕
Well, I’m a pilot and I haven’t found the flight line any where. Each person I talk to sends me to another to get some, I don’t think they know what they’re talking about.
He reminds me of my buddy Joey that started his custom fabrication shop around the same age. He's still holding strong too. Check out Evolutionary Rides to see his work. Mostly works on classics and hotrods.
Can anybody recommend good blinker fluid?
See Backyardboyz and Vtuned they are only like 22 years old
That video of the accident tho...... Arnie is blessed to have escaped because that could've been worse!!
I just spent the last couple of mins replaying that in slow motion trying to figure out how they didn't get pinned to the guard rail ..
🙏🏼
Great point about rebuilding a car like that...not only does it have to look great, it has to perform at 100% especially if you’re going to be going 150mph+!
Inception drinking game : take a shot everytime someone says in comment "drinking game: take a shot everytime he says you know"
* Fonzi looking at the totaled E63 * You know what? This will all look new, after, you put about fifteen grand in it or more. If we have to, overnight parts from Stuttgart.
I'm beginning to think that everything is "just an easy fix" for this dude. Great video!
Drinking game: drink everytime he says "You know"....
You'll have soo much alcohol in the body, you won't need to be embalmed when you die with alcohol poisoning.... you know.
I do know. I counted 48, but I bet I missed some. To be fair... ESL

Edit: Sorry tried replying after playing that game... Do not recommend
"It is metal", "you can pull the frame". As an material engineer in oem the ignorance of this guy is not nice to my ears.
Work hardening makes it better, right?
/s
Yeah, now if it gets rear ended again it won't absorb the impact correctly, you shouln't even weld a bracket, seam or just anything at all on modern unibody cars, the metal will harden in the area around the weld, now the metal has incorrect properties for its job, it won't protect you anymore.
Thanks Petr, someone had to say it.
1 dislike is from Richard rawlings
wait why lmao
The guy couldn't flip a coin 😂

Drinking game : take a shot every time he sais "you know".
We piece together 3 bashed cars off camera and the dealer finances them lol.
Customer receiving title after paying for years: what does this salvage rebuilt mean?
I’ve see their work first hand. These guys have really good attention to detail! They also wrap cars aswell!
Take a shot every time he says you know
Water shots of course. Nobody tryna die today
you know
Can’t wait for this build !!!
Absolutely sure you guys are gonna do an amazing job!
subbed!
Glad the fuel cell didn't blow when it got hit. This car is so dope.
That's why you get a proper FIA certified fuel cell, they're super durable.
Good thing it wasn't a pinto
It’s always an easy fix when you aren’t the guy fixing it.
Meanwhile I took a day and half to swap my exhaust
I took 30 minutes trying to swap a bad ABS sensor, but the bolt holding the sensor on was rusted so badly I couldn't get it out so I had to put everything back together and take it to a shop.
I took 3 days to replace an alternator once. Granted it was only a few hours each day, but still.
Ghetto rigged car, not much room to work, wrong part, not much mechanical skill. Opened up a can of worms.
I love that you put links to relevant stories in the description.
I know that you do it because it will drive views, subs, and likes; thanks.
Keep guys like this coming back. They love cars, have a personality and know how to spin a yarn.
So happy to see this car is coming back :)
always nice to hear the mecanics workflow to!! keep up the good work man!!!!
YES!! I was hoping to see this video pop up one day after he said he wasn't sure if it could be saved
I saw Arnie drive by in his Mercedes e63 in my neighborhood over a year ago. It was amazing.
Is there a cannonball record for E36 limousine yet?
Arnie : Not yet
My heart stopped with that rear end hit 😵🛠
Good stuff, have this guy back sometime
So glad to hear this Car will be Rebuilt, i'm sure the work will be Amazing, these guys really know their stuff
Not surprised at all. But amazing that this is happening
Nice video and great McLaren plate in the background at the end. ;-)
Oh yeah!!! Big build
"Tis a scratch"
Nice vid, really enjoyed!!!!!!!!!
Shouldn’t it be done as some form of a shooting brake for more fuel room 😈 and can Truely customize the rear end to look more like a Honda 😈
This is so exciting!!
That was a hard hit.. cant wait to watch this
can we get more stories from him/stories from his shop/etc
Got to at least put two legit fuel doors this time some how!
Arthur Tussik is this guy's dad
Very good. I love this e63
Are you going to make a video on the RPM Act???
but whatever became of the semi truck? Did anyone rebuild it?
I remember when I met Arnie at a show at Iron Gate, we talked for a bit showed him what we did, we were selling automotive furniture. We were invited back the next year and he came up to us and went back into conversation, he’s a great guy.
I don’t know how I missed the story of this accident! So sad.
Yes! Fix it up! First to do when its ready is a canon run!
Can’t wait to see it
Heck yeah!!
Awesome!
super job
There was one of these in a coupe model lowered with a body kit sitting at a dealer body shop for over a year looked like it went off the road into the cabbage
masssive respect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1:12 held better then I thought it would
I hope the E63 and the S6 are preserved. 40 years from now people are going to look back at the COVID cars the same way these guys look back at the original Cannonball cars, and hopefully they're still around.
No idea who this dude is, sounds like the cashier at my local stop n shop, but his stories are always good, wild how someone so monotone can be so interesting.
I’m not crying there’s just dirt in my eye
It's been more than a week. We want a video update!!! lol
25 years old, first car he rebuilt was a Crosstrek when he was 15. The Crosstrek came out in 2013. 🤔
That’s what I was thinking. This guy is exaggerating
He did say 'about' 15 years old. Also, the Crosstrek came out in the US in 2012 for the 13 model year.
If he just turned 25 then he would've been 15 2010-2011, or 16 in 2012-2013. Its not exactly far fetched that he was a year off going off of the top of his head.
Could he be exaggerating? Possibly, I don't know his birthday, or when he got a totaled crosstrek, but id rather give him the benefit of the doubt since it can make sense.
Subaru Impreza * is what I was supposed to say I got my cars mixed up
@@TheFoulMouthNews yup that’s a fact . I mean we got over 10 cars in our shop as we speak
@@foreignbuilds you better not pull that frame rail, you must replace it completely for this car to be safe, pulling anything at all on unibody cars makes them very unsafe, you should know that.
When I saw the title I thought tavarish and I was like oh no the mclarens never gonna get finished now
They should rebuild that 2021 Jeep Wrangler that the owner incorrectly towed and spun the drivetrain to over 50,000 RPM!! In the artical they say 30k in damage and says it’s not repairable I just wanna see them try it!
Holy shit
@@nightfury8440 yea the jeep went boom boom🤣
Did anyone else notice the narco F1 plate behind ed?
Is this the Alex Rebuild guys? 🤘🤘 seen the gas monkey truck
Any updates on this beast???
Fixing cars isn't bad if the new parts you buy are proper built, and are the correct size. I'm fitting a header panel because the brand new piece, all shiny and everything, has a few holes that are a little smaller than the original one. The fun is gone now because now I have to take apart my work after I discovered this issue, just to shave down the new piece. If it all went together smoothly, I would have almost been done.
Freightliner badge for the next run? 🤔
Thinks the 63 engines are bulletproof. Wow.
Well my prayers are answered
4:30 -- on that note like Scott from Vehcor has said it doesn't matter that a car has been wrecked or "totaled" it's how you fix it and doing it right and according to the correct recommended repair procedures. I for one have wreck and repaired/rebuilt vehicles and driven them 100,000 miles and not had an issue.
Will you all be bringing the E63 to the 50th anniversary event happening this year?
AYYY URSULA V2
We need a Gulf/ Canada run record.
I was expecting to hear about the rebuild being started and how we can follow. How ‘bout it?
I like new intro 😁😁😁👍👍👍
Thank you vin wiki 👍👍👍
Hell yea I follow this guy on insta, so sick
Don't forget to relocate the DOT required rearward reflectors with reflector tape or something else.
7:11 ,,, isn't that the C10 Gas Monkey Garage rebuilt , then after a crash later on, Alex Rebuilds fixed it????
lol the ford style auddi emblem
Get VTuned on this one, guy's insanely talented
You can bend the frame back but it will always stay a weak spot. I think in many European countries it's not possible to rebuild a totaled car/frame. Anyway, who else is a fan of Arthur Tussik? :)
Vinwiki hooked it up with 15 bucks off from off the record
Is a 24h record even possible?
I imagine a tuned diesel
Stark reminder to never, ever park on the side of a highway unless it is an absolute emergency.
2 things
1- what a tank that Mercedes is! To borrow a piece a quote from another guest of the channel "that semi was staring dawn the ass end of angry Ursela and just shut down and fell apart lol"
2- fonzi on the phone with Arnie (who has a hidden gem of a channel called ArniesAntics) " let me tell you Mr Arnie, I tell you what we gonna do alright, we gonna come to work, we gonna fix your car, then you know what we gonna do after that Mr Arnie with the balls of a cannon?!......then we gonna go to lunch....it's that simple"
Sharpie mark? Call bs on that
Google for a 1995 Buick Riv that's whipple supercharged with nitrous. That locale guy came to friends house and cut out the left rear of the car to the door lock area to fix his car. Seen some mid 90's camaro's in the junk yard that had the same section removed nicely.
I just saw this on tiktok
angry vaping Subie owners have entered the chat lol
lol when he said "they have bulletproof engines" i laughed out loud cause my dad has owned 3 g-wagons and none of them made it past 70k miles
“Scratch for us “that’s authors line.
Yay
Like how he keeps talking about Subaru’s but they didn’t show one 😕
From experience that is a easy fix
I think it's time to do a Cannonball Run with a CNG car or Propane.
ahhh....
Yea, I know..
Oh fuck I didn’t realize this just came out. I love Amg Mercedes
New hero, and his name is Fonzi. Sorry Henry Winkler take the back seat bub, this dude is real. Love it. Bring the dead back to life is way cooler then just a chick magnet and sayin’ Eyy! All the time.
I can‘t watch ist until the end, you know. It drives me crazy and angry at the same time, you know
