Ideally flexicap should have been the best category, but unfortunately once the AUM size gets increased, its flexibility decreases. Most of funds in this category tends more towards Largecap. Thus it becomes, just like extended largecap fund.
Hi Pranjal, started parag parikh and axis small cap after your recommendation only, both are doing very well. Thanks for this series. 🎉
Could you clarify the criteria you use for selecting mutual funds? Additionally, what specific range or ratio within each parameter indicates a mutual fund's quality? I'm interested in understanding how you assess and determine a good mutual fund based on these factors.
After following you for more than 4 years now i have started thinking like you. I already thought the same for Small/mid/large/flexi MF. Thanks for teaching us without any invested intrest.
Aap Superb h Sir aapki ye transparent thinking ko salute h....Jai Hind Jai Bharat ❤..🇮🇳..❤
Very Good Effort Pranjal ji.. Perhaps You are one of the first person who recommended Parag Parikh Flexi Cap..Hats off
Thanks 🙏🙏🙏 👍 Dil ko tasalli milti h sirf tumhari video dekh kar itni bariki se jankari laate ho very good bas isi trha se logon ka samye bacha lo ak jruri baat jab Tak sach bologe tabtak utni hi majbuti se tike rho ge god bless you bayi❤
Am eagerly waiting for this since long time..Very happy to to see your episode Sir...Feeling pleasure to see my market Guru🙏
Loved the way you explained these funds!
Keep growing❤
Very beautifully explained with full detailed analysis and explaining every small point.
I watched your video in year 2019 and got to know about Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Direct Plan. After watching you I started investing in this fund and since then my portfolio is giving 22% of return. Thanks and a big hug to you for all the knowledge you spread. God bless you.
Good Vikash babuji
Should have picked any other fund and you would be in 30%
Great video, just following your suggestions with the trust in you. But you ways say don't just follow someone, just think. Brotherly advice!!
Aapka analysis ka base bhut strong hota hai... Apko stock recommendation old scheme (entry n exit) dubara krna chahiye 😊
Thought through, clear, and simply explained content!!
You and your team are just the best!!
Dear Pranjal,
It's great you and your team are putting effort in selecting best mutual fund us(viewers). However mutual fund returns or scheme returns are rotational according to me for e.g. reliance MF was at its best in 2005/6/7, axis MF in 2020/21, mirae MF in 2016/17. Moreover every year best performer MF scheme comes from non performer MF scheme(in last 5-6 years). I agree many funds do not even beat their benchmark index, this could be due their(fund manager) instinct on particular stock or sector which did not perform in that particular year. For e.g. ITC which did not perform for almost 6-8 years. Just a observation, not buy or sell any MF or stock and no disrespect to anybody's views and thoughts
reply from shreyas iyar: Baat to sahi hai 🤔
U r the best educator in this field Pranjal sir😊
Hello pranjal,
Good day!.
Your videos are always uptoo the mark and thank you for such detailed information.
I checked the parag MF and i found to my surprise it invests directly in the US stocks, so i wanted to ask as an investor should we only invest in our markets or explore the other markets of the world and if mutuals funds can be the way to invest in various markets like new york or taiwan or chinese etc?
Eagerly waiting for all your informative videos. Thank you Mr Pranjal Sir and team for this instructive information.
More to come!
Seems that he is taking money from MF companies and recommending fund here
parag parikh time has come....and thank U sirjee for introducing us to this fund.....my favourite fund among all the funds of different categories....
Hello Pranjal,
Thank you for all your efforts to bring us this detailed analysis. I am your long time student. one issue which I have with Parag Parig flexi fund is the exit load. it makes it difficult to exit.
Sir i am following you since 4-5 years you are the honest and realistic..apkey suggestion and vedio pe main always focus and study krta hoon...and your tool like ticker and finolgy are amazing keep aducating people You are my role Model

Sir u r best mentor in India ❤
Great information and loved your videos. Please analyse quant mutual fund house and their fund performances.
Hi Sir, is there any good time or u can specific time to invest/sip in mutual fund to get better return?
Thanks for putting in so much efforts in making these videos. I have few questions for you, it would be great if you can answer them for me.
1. What do to with mutual funds that were recommended in previous years? Should we sell and switch to the current recommendations?
2. I find the MAFAANG+ ETF to be cheaper than the FOF but you mentioned that both have same/similat expense. Could you please explain.
3. Also, I want to invest for next 20 years, so do it mean that every year I have to keep switching my MFs? Are there any MFs (apart from index) that I can invest for years to come?
Question: Is it wise to allocate some part of asset in foreign index fund as part of diversification. Considering NASDAQ return is 37% for last year and 22% CAGR last for last 5 year ??? It would also provide global level diversification. If yes, how much % of total investment should be allocated for such global diversification.
And on the side note. Wonderful work with the video, loved it. As always, GREAT WORK 😊👍
Great Video Sir, Thanking you and Your team ❤
Sir I want to ask you one thing
I had taken your mutual fund advisory 5 years back and am still investing in the same funds through sip. Returns are cagr 15.35 percent. Should I change as per ur yearly recommendation or maintain the same
अच्छी जानकारी दिए हैं सर, आप बहुत ही डिटेल जानकारी दिए हैं, आपका धन्यवाद सर 🎉🎉 Axis Growth Opportunity fund hai, Portpolio main
In the large and mid cap category we have two index fund options now.
@Pranjal kamra sir muze laga tha Hdfc retirement savings fund ELSS fund hai. Kya sach me ye ELSS fund nahi hai??
Love the analytical approach!!
Really thanks for detailed analysis. I have my sip in this fund after watching your vedio 4 years back. appreciate your teams honest efforts 🙏
Is it only me or someone else has also noticed that Pranjal has improved his punctuation, pauses and . Anyways i have been with this channel since 30k subscribers . Alway honest opinion that makes me like and watch all the videos. Thanks a lot pranjal . Keep it up ❤🎉
If we invest in large cap ex as u said sensex fund and large and midcap fund won't we do overlap in same stocks what is ur view abt this
Thank u sooo much pranjal sir U recommended & I will be continued last five years. PPFAS flexi cap fund 🙏
On what basis have you removed the PGIM flexi cap fund in the flexi cap category?
Hi pranjal.. plz suggest best index fund for small cap and midcap category
I think the expense ratio of ICICI Passive Strategy Fund doesn't include the expense ratio of the underlying fund(s) since it is a FoF. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Great video though!
Hello Pranjal Sir,
You choose Kotak equity opportunities fund instead of mirae asset and canara Robeco irrespective of the fact that in 10year time return of these two funds is more than kotak equity opportunities by almost 5pp.
Would love to hear your rationale behind this in your FAQ video
Earlier too he suggested that fund, so he wants to be consistent because there is no issue with Kotak equity opportunities fund why to change the name. Because people invests in mutual funds for many years, and if he keeps on changing the mutual fund every year, then how can anyone decide what should he/she do. He has to be consistent that's why he selected that fund.
Now I don't know why he selected that fund earlier, maybe the reason would be there in earlier videos.
Best and informative video sir as always following since start of this channel one channel for all financial solution❤ great work sir
Unlike Parag Parikh flexi cap, most mutual funds don't have category mentioned in their names. In such cases, how we can get list of all flexi cap mutual funds in the market, same for other categories?
Does it makes sense to have parag parikh flexi cap and large & midcap 250 index fund both in portfolio ?
Starting to invest from today!! Chossing both MF and going with it. Since i already have a groww account is it good to invest from there?
I started Parag Parikh after viewing your videos. Also, there was one point related to US stocks exposure for better diversification. But after foreign investment limit is reached, I am not sure how Parag Parikh is doing. Can you please make a video about this point w.r.t this fund as well as as an investor which fund is better for such kind of diversifications. Love to see this video as well. Thanks a lot for making best MF funds series for each year and explaining it in easy to understand manner for us.
Thanks Pranjal Sir, followed you from 2019, and feeling good in investing in Parag Parikh flexicap fund and other funds
Mene mirae asset blue chip emerging fund me mar21 se Jun 23 Tak 1000 per month sip Kiya thha..lekin uska xirr 15 % hi he. To wo kese benchmark ko bit krta he?
I appreciate your efforts Sir!😊
In my opinion, funds suggested are for very conservative investors and returns are far less than peers in the same category. Sir, Suggest you should advise 3 MF (one each for conservative, moderate and aggressive investors.
Well said
Thank you sir,,bhot achi information apane di🙏
Who is best for investment.... Large n mid cap or index fund.... Plz advice
Best financial advisor in india ❤
Sir, thanks for the info, in 2021 u had suggested Invesco Contra Fund along with Parag Parikh, i had started investing into it, kindly advice if its still good to continue.
Kya sebhi category ke mutual funds me investe kerna chehiye
Hello Pranjal,
Thank you and your team for such detailed information video.
My question is -
Pankaj Tibrewal - fund manager of Kotak equity opportunities fund is leaving the AMC.
What do you think about this on your recommendation of given fund.
Thanks in advance!!
Pranjal bhai … just wanted to know your views on switching to ppfas tax saver from flexicap … considering the large AUM it has now
Pranjal Sir thank you so much by heart for your this priceless and very honest effort for us....
God bless you always... ❤
Sir Parag Parikh ke except teen flexicap funds aur kon se the screen par clear show nhi ho rahe the please bata dijiye?
Time horizon ke accordin kon sa fund select karna chahiye.??
FAQ - I designed a portfolio based on your video in 2019. If you suggest any new fund, should I switch, along with my corpus, to this new fund?
Hi Pranjal, Parag Pharik AUM is very high, so it will be negative for long term right, is there any other good flexi cap fund. Thanks
Sir SIP pe NAV kam ya jayda hone pe kya fark padta h?? NAV kam kii SIP select kare ya jayda vali??Please please describe sir request 🙏🏻from ur subscriber…Thanks sir
Very good and useful series this is.. thank you ☺️🎉
Hi Pranjal...where should I invest for better returns in between Mutual funds or Provident Fund. Can u please reply... Thanks
Kindly suggest about inveso India contra fund you have suggested previously
One video must on the best liquid/ultra short/low duration debt fund for emergency fund holdings❤ thanks Sir
Thank you so much pranjal sir, i have invested in parag Parikh flexy cap fund basis of your recommendation.
Is not it a good idea to invest in "Midcap Index Fund" instead of any standalone midcap fund? I am talking in general, not for only 2024.
@pranjalkamra sir can please suggest one foreign fund? I know the flexi cap fund which you recommend has foreign investment. But still one pure foreign passive or index fund.
Aap bahut sahi advice dete hai I trust you thank you sir
Sir sbi ka large and mid cap fund kaisa hai. Aur kay a fund apne bench mark bit kiya tha reply please
Can you please explain right percentage share between different mutual funds like passive, multicap, etc.
Prankal bhai u always take care of ur subscriber we trust on u to much. U plss continue in such way never try to turn ur thinking plss
1. Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Funds
2. Kotak Equity Opportunities Fund
parag parikh has 30% overlap with my current holding of index fund.icici passive FOF has 0%. Which to choose. In FOF expense will be high right?
Hello Sir
If I have to invest in my 20s then which fund will be better option either index fund or flexi cap fund
Down to earth n dilse knowledge ❤
Sir apki video dekh ke maine mirae asset, Axis blue chip and parag parikh fund liya hua hai sip ke through toh kya wo mai sell krdu ya hold kru long term ke liye.
aa gya bhai aa gya...best mutual fund wala video.... rishta wahi soch nayi....😀
You forgot one of the most important considerations which is the fund size. Hence the Performances are not bound to repeat due to less flexibility to manage such large funds.
Is it a good strategy to have just 2 mutual funds (1 Midcap and 1 Smallcap) in our portfolio and invest directly in Large Cap stocks like Titan, Asian Paints, Reliance, HDFC bank, etc.
i have invested through sip in mosl flexi cap fund since 2015, but later on due to its low performance, i have stopped my sip but a large amount of my investment is still on this fund, please suggest me on this should i transfer on another fund or stay on this.
Very informative...great efforts sir... thanks sir
Recently, stocks and mutual funds have gained popularity among young investors, leading to a significant increase in the overall market. If this trend continues with more money flowing into the market in the next 20 to 25 years, what happens if the market declines when we need to cash out our investments? Will those who invested due to FOMO (fear of missing out) withdraw their funds in the next 8 to 10 years? Is this scenario beneficial or detrimental?
Please review Axis mid cap fund..having in Portfolio since 20 months SIP...less returns in the category benchmark .. to be continued or stop ?
Good morning pranjal sir .. thanks to you and your entire team for this kind to puzzled job..when I started to invest in MF ,it's a difficult time for me to select good MF due to lack of knowledge.then I found you on CZcams after that I relaxed and watch your videos then invest..❤❤
I have Mirae asset emerging bue chip in large & midcap and PGIM India mid cap opportunities fund. Can I continue with both or exit from one
बहुत ही सुन्दर विश्लेषण किया आपने 🙏🏻🙏🏻
PK Sir...i have three MFs ...one in index, multi cap and mid cap...next month it will be 1 year of investmensts. I am thinking of increasing the investment by 10%. But can't figure out how to invest this increased 10% amount.
Do i have to distribute this 10% equally in each MFs or i have to put this amount only in a single MFs. What you suggest sir?

Please try to analyze QUANT ACTIVE FUND . its performance is also good and in which category it falls .
I have been investing in Quant Active Fund Since 2021... risk is slightly higher in this fund..
Volatility is higher as compared to Parag Parik
My return is 19.8 % after 2 years and 20% XIRR
