Ankur warikoo your courses are a scam. I subscribed for Take charge of your money course. The ad said 5 hours of classes, but it only has 10 minutes of video and rest all are simply PDFs.

Ankur Wariko - making Indians financially aware & responsible - 1 video at a time. You are doing elder's job big bro.
Very true...
20 years back hardly anyone could save like today....by the time we got access to this financial knowledge..we are in 40s...plz make a video for people who missed all these savings in their 20s and 30s and what can be done for rest of their life..
I am looking forward to similar videos.
You still have 20 years left if not retiering early.
Absolutely I thought I was the one without Financial planning in my 20s
Yes
same chair..but we just have to start now
Excellent....99% problm ki jaddd money hai jisko manage krna school se sikhana chahiye ...tab shayad is desh se garibi mit jaye....aise hi teacher hr school me hona chahiye .....wonderful suggestions ❤❤❤
Loved the video, super insightful & relatable. Thanks Ankur & Anjali!
I observed people making fun of her for no reason, its her money, she is doing well in her life and will surely achieve even greater things in the future. Her corpus and money will make fun of you in future if you are not focusing on your growth rather to troll others .
It's the same thing as you. Nobody asked their opinion neither yours
@@slowlaghang Grow up otherwise your whole life will be wasted in spreading the hatred and jealousy
bro IDC abt her money... she is annoying that's it .. I watched this just for Ankur n growth of my knowledge
@@DevaKumar-pc3zi koi nahi bhai, sbhi ko sb pasand thodi aa skte h.
Correct. The main good point for her is she has no dependent and her family financial is also good. So she can take risk, no issues
papa ki pyari beta, lucky to keep all the money to herself 😀😀
For this SIP achievement consistency is very important. If you break the consistency then the result will be different.
Considering 6% inflation on avg as CAGR....
Indeed value of 2.5cr after 24 yrs actually like 60L today... Also 10 Cr after 24 yrs is like 2.5 cr today... You given the correct figures actually...
Brilliant Ankur...

@warikoo sir please tell me which one is better for monthly investment SIP or ETF ? Because, SIP has comparatively more tax and it has limitations of exit load, comparatively more expense ratio and etc.
This video is timed very perfectly for me as well. Thanks to both Ankur and Anjali.
I really loved this episode and happy that you are including all kind of financial ability people. I am well settled and having no liabilities. Investing as well based on my knowledge. But still would like to get your advice.
Very insightful podcast. Thank you very much I am in same situation like Anjali :)
Awesome Ankur, you read my mind.
Can you pls advise which mutual fund should we invest
Wonderful series especially for the youngsters who are earning well but don’t know where to park their money more efficiently! Keep it up Ankur !
Waiting for videos people with more than 40 years old...
Amazing episode, Ankur! Wishing you all the best, Anjali ma'am. Ankur, I have read all three of your books and would love to have a similar session with you as a bona fide fan.
Many people have a few concerns :
1. Why is she talking in English: I think it’s the personal choice. If at all this was a problem Ankur should have highlighted that.
2. What is the linkage between summer heat and TV. The content was edited and it’s obvious that if it’s summers it must be an AC purchase combined with some other appliance like TV.
3. The gym membership: For the people advising to reduce the grocery to half, trolling on the amount, and appearance may be get a life. It’s okay if someone wants to have a high end facility. It’s purely their choice. No one is asking for your monetary contribution and unsolicited advice.
4. Some people also suggested to get married , some couldn’t even imagine or accept the fact that women can also do well in their careers. It’s a progressive world let’s be a part of it instead of talking bad.
In a world where everyone wants to pull your legs, we should be kind. If we cannot say something good let’s not say it at all.
i have just one problem with this whole analysis is it is not taking into account marriage cost and expenses. what if the person wants to have kids and their respective costs. I think one question should have been asked . Do you want to have kids in the future ? . If Yes you have to consider the cost of upbringing them in the city she brought the home in. Even being generous she has to cover 25% of the cost and 75% by the husband . I liked the video But Would have liked it even more if it was taking into factor future planning also into account.
She can use epf money for marriage and also children are responsibility of both parents so a 15k add on both for them lets say and also she can be doing good in her job or her husband is doing better which changes whole equation but of course it is life. Nobody knows how it will play out so we can only hope for the best.
Since her Father, brother r well settled businessman so no need to worry about kids expenses.
Somehow it can be managed.
Also her husband would be in a high level post. He would also be getting good salary.
When it comes to marriage its their choice whether they want to spend lakhs together or spend minimum amount .
Marriage can be done with 1 lakh also , 10 lakh also , 100 lakhs also.
Please note that the interest rate would get updated by the bank for a home loan which could affect the tenure of the loan if the emi stays the same.
Hr sch me ek subject complsury kr dena chahiye jo sabki life me bahut jaruri hai *money managment from childhood* ......mai khud bhi seekh rahi hu aur apne 16 saal ke bete ko bhi sikhane ki koshish kr rhi hu apke through ankurji ......thank u logo ko jgaane k liye
It is really a good episode. Thank You Ankur & Anjali - both of you 🙌🙌❤❤
Bhai thanks bohat sikhne ko mil rha hai pta hi ni hota tha aaj tak ki salary chali kaha gyi but abse mai krunga 😊
Me after hearing gym membership fees
Bhai bahut peeche reh gye naa 😢😢😢😢
Nahi koi piche ya aage nahi hai. It’s just a part of someone’s life style. Like I said I don’t want to compromise on luxuries and that explains why I would pay something like that.
Women don't have responsibilities of a men. When a men starts earning he supports family, when a women starts earning she becomes independent.
this woman is so lively... never ever have i enjoyed this series like this one before
Ankur i think you forget very important point that is GST on interest which drastically increase starting EMIs because mostly amount gone to interest side.
First emi after GST is ₹52125(P+I) + ₹6864 (gst on interest) = ₹58989 ( approx 59,000)
Please include GST in your financial videos so that i can see the more accurate picture of our finances.
Thank you Ankur for your videos. It's very helpful and knowledgeable.
Lovely video!!!!!! Kudos to our man from our state Jammu And Kashmir!!!
Sir ek question tha meri income 2 lakh se kam hai, toh mujhe sirf profit loss statement show krni hai income tax return mein ke har ek individual transaction ke. Capital gain bhi 1 lakh se kam hai?? Please btaiye

Arkur why a flexicap fund wouldnt a mid cap index fund be better? just curious about it
your videos are informative . Thanks for this content .
Please tell any platform or the process from where we can do sip
Thank you sir good value lesson for home loan repayment
10k just for gym membership 😂
For one month 😅
We have yearly membership in flagship gym here in that price
@@nikhilghadigaonkar1709 I could buy all the necessary supplements & some extra food with the gym membership for 10k 😂😂
Guess she's opting for personal training. I would recommend her to do a bit research and find an optimal diet and workout plan by herself.
Still it is not effective enough😅
Sir , if you do the step up epf company will not pay for that . Then how you calculate that part
Can u share which app u using to calculate ? Sip nd loan?
Just Superrrr👌👌
Nice session!
One suggestion to the guest..
Since she is purchasing home from an NRI she should deduct tax on the amount being paid to the NRI. Pl do that!
Some banks will not reduce the emi amount if you have not paid 25% of principal amount.
Nice conversation
Wasn’t the insurance for home a concern area??? Was that discussed? I might have missed it.
Money matters channel par aane ke liye kya karen, Sir. I want your precious advise.
Hello Sir , according to you which college should l prefer for btech 4 years ...Mitadt pune Or jspm wagholi pune!!

Totally have that in mind
Would suggest to re-interview or invite guests from 5 years ago to see what has changed.
She is very honest and brave girl...nice
For Hundreds of problem only one solution SIPs-Large,Mid and small😅
If you want different one.. here's the solution
Gold, flexi, small cap 😅😅
Gold is almost equal to large cap😅😅
Same solution in all videos 🤣🤣@@dazzlinggleam7399
@@dazzlinggleam7399 When you realise that last 15 years midcap category avg has outperformed small cap.

Ankur, It’s a wrong Calculation about repayment of Mortgage. Can we connect ? I can propose a better plan with lesser Tenure.
Is it practical to increase emi 10% yr on yr nd investment 10% yr on yr
Missed capital gains, Gst and hike in interest rate ...still insightful video.
Very nice session boss
I respect your work mate so you say Kardden good one to use?
What if the extra EMI amount & 10% addition is not paid as a EMI and put into SIP ? I think it would fetch more.
Where can I get excel for planning
Kardden Token time! This thing is lifting up in ways nobody did before
Thanks, please make another video about Kardden I prefer Kardden that is strong

Hi Sir. I am from Overseas. Wanted to talk to you personally regarding investment. Recently started mutual funds in India. And wanted to so something in PMs as well. Need some advice. Please update me on that
I just turned 18 few months ago and bcoz of ankur I started investing half of my pocket money to make sure I have a good corpus after sometime...
Sir I want to invest in SIP but I need to know which one is/are islamic shariya compliance?
Love you sir ❤️❤️
@warikoo could you please provide us the Excel sheet that you prepared for her is very relevant for me as well
It would be good to assess someone who have dependents in family, bcz that's more practical. If someone is 100% alone then they don't have much challenges in handling loan
very good sir Thanks
All guys stacking Kardden Token before next bull are smart apes for sure
Hey Ankur, i think pf interest rate is 8.25% currently not 7%.

Sir, could you please tell me which app do u use to calculate 😢.
In this video he was using Groww SIP calculator
@@rinkydas8074 thanks ❤️
Can i get this excel
Hey Ankur..
I hade a question since long time.....
let's assume i have an SIP and i am doing well in that. if in case i have to break it for any reason so can I....
yes, generally mutual funds don’t have any lockin period , but please check the lockin period at the application page.. It should be zero
Tax Saving mutual funds have lock-in period. There are some funds which charge x% as exit loan so you might have to check that.
Ankur/Anjali - you missed out on the rental income from one room - which can be used to memberships.
Sir mujhe 40k net salary milta hai per month but I can't reach my goal how properly use my salary
Hello sir, I am a researcher working in Finland currently. I would like to know if scheduling a video call to discuss the money goal is possible. I am happy to be in the video like the one I am watching now.
I want to ask warikoo like i have watched this money matters episodes so far, can you help herwise coming persons to live do the research with them and pick up the mf or debt fund or the health or term insurance that you are saying them to invest?
Like people can learn without applying to your form right? If you can increase this and do an lively research for your participants inducidually based on their life situation it will be more better for us to learn how you do research
What about yearly vacations?
Very nice 😊
🔴Sir koi students ke liye bhi karo ye episode jinki salary na ati hi bus pocket money ho
