    Many people have a few concerns :
    1. Why is she talking in English: I think it’s the personal choice. If at all this was a problem Ankur should have highlighted that.
    2. What is the linkage between summer heat and TV. The content was edited and it’s obvious that if it’s summers it must be an AC purchase combined with some other appliance like TV.
    3. The gym membership: For the people advising to reduce the grocery to half, trolling on the amount, and appearance may be get a life. It’s okay if someone wants to have a high end facility. It’s purely their choice. No one is asking for your monetary contribution and unsolicited advice.
    4. Some people also suggested to get married , some couldn’t even imagine or accept the fact that women can also do well in their careers. It’s a progressive world let’s be a part of it instead of talking bad.
    In a world where everyone wants to pull your legs, we should be kind. If we cannot say something good let’s not say it at all.

    i have just one problem with this whole analysis is it is not taking into account marriage cost and expenses. what if the person wants to have kids and their respective costs. I think one question should have been asked . Do you want to have kids in the future ? . If Yes you have to consider the cost of upbringing them in the city she brought the home in. Even being generous she has to cover 25% of the cost and 75% by the husband . I liked the video But Would have liked it even more if it was taking into factor future planning also into account.

    • @rajatkaushik5811
      @rajatkaushik5811 Před 11 dny

      She can use epf money for marriage and also children are responsibility of both parents so a 15k add on both for them lets say and also she can be doing good in her job or her husband is doing better which changes whole equation but of course it is life. Nobody knows how it will play out so we can only hope for the best.

      Since her Father, brother r well settled businessman so no need to worry about kids expenses.
      Somehow it can be managed.
      Also her husband would be in a high level post. He would also be getting good salary.
      When it comes to marriage its their choice whether they want to spend lakhs together or spend minimum amount .
      Marriage can be done with 1 lakh also , 10 lakh also , 100 lakhs also.

    First emi after GST is ₹52125(P+I) + ₹6864 (gst on interest) = ₹58989 ( approx 59,000)
    Please include GST in your financial videos so that i can see the more accurate picture of our finances.

      yes, generally mutual funds don’t have any lockin period , but please check the lockin period at the application page.. It should be zero

      Tax Saving mutual funds have lock-in period. There are some funds which charge x% as exit loan so you might have to check that.
