I was one of the very loud screams heard in the audience when Hannah walked out lolol. She is INCREDIBLE!!
I love Hannah's voice I could listen to her all day. i would be thrilled if I could sing as well as jason
I love how you tailor your critiques to the singer’s level - always have positive and constructive things to say, no matter where they are. Also I adore Ted Lasso! It’s such a comfort show for me even if the ending romance pairings left something to be desired.
I used to watch your videos all the time, always trying to learn more so i could apply it to my own singing. But learning how singing relies more on technique rather than talent made me appreciate siging and voices in a whole new level, to the point where the voice is now what most catharsis brings me
So thank you for everything Sam, you're an amazing (voice) teacher
Aw thank you so much!!! That makes me feel great.
Interesting analysis! It is interesting how in most things you need to reach a level of technical mastery, then optimize that technique to your style. Great video as always Sam.
Thanks Reilly!
I was there in person. Hannah seriously was in Singapore a few days before this.
I saw Hannah 20 years ago in the West End. So good!
I always learn so much from you! You teach me to hear subtleties that I’d never notice. Makes listening fuller experience.
I think most people’s problem would be fixed by a bit of rehearsal and intent. Jason just didn’t know the harmonies and doesnt have the chops to improvise harmony and of course he doesn’t because that only comes with training and experience
I agree entirely
I also feel i learn something from your videos thanks
Thank YOU!!
I loved your analysis! Do you think the fact that they switched to shallow at the last min from whatever song they were going to originally sing influenced the notes you called interesting??
If I came to you for lessons I would just be like I’m trying to sing this song. Just help me sing the song. The whole who are you trying to be…. I don’t care if I’m nailing this Bradly Cooper character., I’m just trying to hang with this great voice.
I'm loving this review, since I love the 2 guys involved... but I seriously want to know... is Sam going to review this dude that has been blowing up on social media by the name of Geoff Castellucci? (I think my wife in particular would love it if you reviewed his Jack's Lament video since she is a Nightmare Before Christmas nut... lol)
At the end of Ted Lasso, they just shouldn't have bought all those donkeys and started a farm. Took a weird turn. 😂
Great video though! ❤
😂😂
Hi Sam more of a question.
What did you think of Jason keeping his chin down that it's almost touching his chest. I haven't sung properly since prep school choir but our teacher was very keen on the whole chin up thing. Does/would this affect his/others sound?
Anyway great video as always!
Yeah I'm not completely sure why he's doing that but it's not my preference. If I move my chin like that when I'm not singing it feels quite tense.
how billie eilish and finneas created what was i made for song pls reaction the vanity fair interview
I wish you could react to videos more frequently, would you please react to Ariana Grande Best Live Vocals 2015-2016
done, up next week
