A great video! most important point is you need the proper long reach snap ring tool, if you don't have it don't do it, you will have a bad day. Knipex makes a good one.

lead tech here. havent had enough experience with acle seals and bearings on the dana 60 front. alldata states its nonserviceable. in translation is it is my job to service., & i am own my own.

Can you take the axle housing apart?
How do you get the radius arm bushings out of the axle?
On my 2010 F250 the left side c clip that you have to remove after taking of the locking hub is broken. Do you have any suggestions on how to remove it? I’ve tried using screwdrivers but that thing has a lot of tension on it. Any idea is helpful.
Couldn’t you leave the hub on the axle shaft and remove them both at the same time?
What snap ring pliers are those?

I need to replace ball joints... thus the knuckle needs to come off. do I need to replace the axle seals if I do that? They work fine and we’re replaced recently.

The only thing I could see wrong was the last 3 items left on the table u didn’t show on the axel itself where it would sit

I am sorry i do not know the exact weight. ball park i would guess is between 500 and 600 pounds
