Hi Martina I can tell you use your Dantain very well and your movements are Chan Si Jin Reeling Silk very soft and well connected. I Train with a Club in Ireland and my main Teacher is Master Fu Nengbin.

I wish more women in Ireland would compete in events unfortunately. I am the only woman I know in my region who goes to competitions

I have been Practicing Chen style Laojia and Canon Fist for 13 years you have good skill well done. it shows when people train hard, you move like Master Chen Zhenglei . Hopefully I might see you in Hanover in October if this year. Will you complete? Regards Geraldine
