its really great work but those closed extrusions look like cheap rectangular tube. I love the aesthetic industrial look of the standard open extrusions. Anyways love the amount of precision you get with your smart 3d printed jigs.

I will set out to build an office style table first and then a workbench for a little workshop I am putting together. Honestly, where I am, I could do it cheaper in wood but I suck at working in wood and I since it's also humid here, I hope I can avoid the worst warping by going with extrusions:).

Thanks! I used shapr3d, paid version. But….. the way the rendering and animation that you watched, wasnt just the software alone. It was an hour of rendering and video editing on davinci resolve.

Thank you. I am a month or 2 out from this part of my project. I will be in touch. One of my main hurdles atm is figuring out the configuration I want in my van. I am going to be using the fractional 8020-15 series but I am going to do the initial framing using 2x2 timber in case I want to make design changes. Cheaper to modify in case I don't like the initial set up. Once I know for sure, then I will switch over to the aluminum and make it permanent. Any suggestions in this regard?@@TheAluminumCarpenter
i cannot suggest yet, cos anything that comes out from me takes hours, if not days, to design. and of cos extremely detailed and specific data will be needed before i can even begin. if i have that van, it will already be done.
