What's your technique on keeping the shavings out of the line when deburring? Just tap them out and use gravity? Or vacuum? Or what? Would appreciate a tip
How does replacing hand twisting motion with a motor replace “skill?” To me, the skilled part is running the coil tight with smooth bends, and no leaks at the connections.
It's alot but it will save you call backs .the company NAVAC makes alot of tools benders vacuums & other tools to make install easier.you can do alot of the stuff with hand tools.but this flare tool can't be beat. A must have tool.
@@mechanical-hub i m cool with a rigid clutch flaring block for $160 and by judging the over all size of that electric flaring tool in no way thats smaller then a rigid , whatever floats your boat buddy
I have one and love it from oil lines to ductless systems and the battery charge lasts forever!
I have one. A perfect flare every time!
Navac stuff is top notch I do HVAC and we use their vacuum pumps they’re amazing built in micron gauge and pumps down a line set in 5 minutes

У меня такой же вальцеватель под маркой value - идеальная вальцовка!
Just bought one. Flawless flares everytime. #1 reason minisplits fail are due to shitty installers 😂

Ive used Nylog thread sealant on the flare bits for drills and it makes nicer flares and keeps the shavings stuck to the bit

Nope. Copper only (this model). Maybe they have a power flare for steel I dunno but this wimp wouldn’t touch it.
You mean I don't have to flare my tubes by hand anymore?!

Yup another tool that takes skill away from the trade . I’ll save the money and use my coolmaster orbital ratcheting flare tool 10 years no issues

Try making a flare in a tight spot , this comes with a suitcase lol
Takes up less space than both my RIDGID and hilmor flare tools and can be done one handed.
