FREEZER FRIENDLY BREAKFAST SANDWICHES // DIY Air Fryer Frozen Postpartum Meal Prep Ideas New Moms

In today’s tutorial, I’ll show you how I meal prepped these freezer-friendly McDonald’s McGriddle inspired breakfast sandwiches for after my baby is born! Postpartum meal prep is such a great way to prepare for the busy time of change after your new baby comes and you have zero energy. These breakfast sandwiches are one of my go-to breakfasts on a regular day, but I’m cutting down the time, energy and dishes required to make them by preparing them in advance!
For these sandwiches I used frozen pancakes, frozen sausage patties, and I made my own frozen egg patties with eggs, shredded cheese, and seasonings. I add a bit of maple syrup after they’re cooked for more of the sweet & salty McGriddle vibe. I store everything in freezer bags!
