    “I would like Bigfoot to exist. I’ve met people who swear they’ve seen Bigfoot. I think the interesting thing is every single continent there is an equivalent of Bigfoot or Sasquatch. There’s the Yeti, the Yowie in Australia, the Chinese Wildman, and on and on and on. I’ve heard stories from people who, you have to believe them. So there’s something. I don’t know what it is.” - Jane Goodall

    I have been hunting in the woods since I was ten years old, and for 42 years I hadn't seen so much as one molecule of anything that remotely resembled a bigfoot, UNTIL the day I did. They are real, but what I saw was no ape. It looked exactly like an aborigine from Australia in the face, like some ancient Neanderthal from the past brought back to life.

      Damn brother. I’ve heard them goofing off and yelling but they can tell you’re coming from a long way off where I live, you’re not going to surprise one that doesn’t want company. The thing I have to tell people over and over is that people seriously underestimate the amount of space there still is that nobody ever sees. If they learn how to avoid hunters specifically for the most part then the number of people that they can be seen by shrinks to almost zero.

    I lived in Washington State until Nov 2023, right by the border of Skamania county which is the #1 Bigfoot sighting county in the country despite a very small human population. I lived there for over twenty years, never saw squat until about ten years ago then within that last ten years had 3 encounters of varying degrees, one sighting, one hooting throwing pine cones and one hooting shaking trees, one of these was with three other firefighters present, I also knew deputies with sightings and three incidents with search and rescue teams that were bothered by them. So ya they are more aggressive lately.

    So Gallante (the wildlife biologist in question for those who don't know his name) believes that the Tasmanian tiger may still exist after being officially declared extinct, but can't believe that a species of giant bipedal primates do. And this brings me to the guy on the left's final point: this isn't like saying the Earth is flat. It's not, and those who think so are truly fools of the highest rank. Sasquatch aka Bigfoot is not a single entity that can bend space and time or some wild stuff that I've seen some people suggest. No: there isn't anything supernatural about it. It's just a species of large, manlike apes that happens to be extremely good at avoiding human contact. And I fail to see what is so hard to believe about such a species' existence.

    As some of you have pointed out…Forrest’s emotional regulation ability drops completely off the map whenever the Bigfoot topic comes up. Yet he’ll make the argument that a thylacine is smart enough to avoid detection but an intelligent bipedal hominid couldn’t. Not saying Bigfoot is real. Just pointing out what I consider to be an example of him being hypocritical when discussing other “cryptids” compared to something like a thylacine which has as much evidence of still existing as Bigfoot does. But Forrest has to be one of the most annoying people to listen to on this topic because he conducts himself with such immaturity by dismissing people, he’s never talked to or know anything about, and labels them “drunk” or “crazy”.

    Take a look at the Patterson Gimlin film. The arms, legs and torso are all about the same length. Those aren't human proportions. Our arms are slightly longer than our torso and our legs are much longer than both. That must be one helluva magical suit that can change your body proportions owned by a couple of couple of broke-ass cowboys who barely had two dimes to rub together.
    The Patterson-Gimlin film came out in 1967. The original Planet of the Apes movie came out in 1969. The apes look phony as fuck with the best tech Hollywood had to offer at the time.

    Bigfoot being real is the same as the Tasmanian Tiger still be around

    • @kickerofelves85
      @kickerofelves85 Před 15 dny +4

      That comparison makes as much sense as milking bees in August. The Tasmanian tiger was a known, documented species whose habitat included very remote areas. Therefore someone thinking a small population could still be alive is nothing like thinking that a criptid with no physical proof of( like hair, poo, etc) exists.

      Bro I see deer almost daily and coyotes multiple times a month. Sometimes less than fifty feet away. I have never got a picture of one on my phone, let alone clear video. Most photos I have of deer are grainy and you have to zoom way in. I have one good video of an elk that didn’t care I was there, they’re not very skittish.

      See the thing is. If you actually have a close up encounter with an unknown entity. The fear is intense. Noone is putting a photo before there life. Unless it's a good distance I doubt you're going to be thinking of a pic when you're looking at some 8 foot beast that could rip you limb from limb. Actually think about it. If you'd actually experienced anything in your life you'd understand

    Your logic is flawed,all new species are never found,until they are. New species identified almost every day if not every day. So is like saying that the giant squid didn’t exist,before they found one.
