    Dr Khalid Jamil was an Assistant Professor Urology at Sheikh Zayed Hospital and Kidney Transplant Center, Lahore. In 2003, he was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and High Blood Pressure and was prescribed oral medications, exercise & diet control. In 2016, he was put on insulin due to increase in urea creatinine and retinopathy. The deteriorating health led Dr. Khalid on a quest to find answers. He started intensively studying Type 2 Diabetes, its’ prevention and cure. He consulted doctors but none were able to give answers to his questions. Then finally, he stumbled upon a CZcams video of Dr. Jason Fung, that video proved to be a life changing moment in Dr. Khalid’s life. Dr. Jason Fung is a Canadian nephrologist who claimed 100% cure and reversal of Diabetes via intermittent fasting and some lifestyle changes.
    A doctor himself, Dr. Khalid extensively studied Jason Fung’s theories. Now, since 2018, he is on a ketogenic diet and doing intermittent fasting with walk and exercise. He is off the medicines now and his creatinine levels are also back to normal.
    Dr. Khalid is no longer practicing Urology and has instead made it his mission to educate people on social media about what he has learned & practiced so that they are also able to cure 80-90% of all diseases caused by Insulin Resistance.
    Dr. Khalid is starting weekly lectures on Facebook & CZcams on curing Kidney Problems,
    Diabetes and Blood Pressure through Ketogenic Diet and intermittent fasting.

    AOA. Cong. To all of u. I completely followed Dr. Khalid advice and now without diabetic medicine my Hba1c is 5.9. I m from peshawar and as a Teacher by professiin. Believe me plz follow Dr. Khalid guide lines to get rid from doctor medicines and diseases.

    absolutely right.last 21 days I reduced from 96.5kg to 91.9k.
    حالانکہ میں شوگر بھی لے رہا ہوں لیکن براؤن شوگر لے رہا ہوں کیوں کہ چائے کے بغیر میں رہ نہیں پاتا اس لئے میں ایک کپ چائے پیتا ہوں صبح۔ لیکن براؤن شوگر کی مقدار جو ہے وہ آدھی ٹی سپون لیتا ہوںاور ساتھ میں دو براون بریڈ اور دو انڈے ۔ اس کے بعد پھر چار بجے کے درمیان میں تھوڑے سے بوائلڈ چاول اور تھوڑا سا روسٹڈ چکن لیتا ہوں اور ساتھ میں بوایلڈ بھنڈی لیتا ہوں اور رات کو یا تو کچھ نہیں کہا تھا یا پھر ایک دودھ پیتا ہوں۔اور مزے کی بات یہ ہے کہ جب آپ کاربوہائیڈریٹس نہیں کھاتے تو آپ کو بھوک کم لگتی ہے

      @danish hafeez Diet is accoding to each and every person, understand the basic concept and make your diet plan accordingly, keeping your Carbs from 20-50 maximum per day & macros accoding to your BMI. For weight reduction set your calories 200-300 less then required calories.
      Do IF in addition to this.

    Dr.sb mane tkrebn 30kg weight kum kiya ha vo bhi 6,7 maheeno mai....mere hisaab sey is ka top or best tareeka caloric deficit ha.
    Maslan aik 5 feet 7 inch ka bnda jo office work krta ha jis ki koi physical activity nahi ha Uss ki zaroorat tkrebn 1900 calories hoti hain.
    Ab agr ye bnda 400 calories daily base pe apne khaane mai kum kr de or 600 calories daily running kr k burn kre tu Uss ka daily caloric deficit 1000 calorie ka ho jaata ha or weight automatically kum hona shuru ho jaata ha. Or Mane aise he kiya ha daily 50 minutes running krta tha.
    Lakin yahaan mai Sir apki aik baat sey 200% ittefaaq krun ga k vo jo calories leni hain mtlb calories ka source organic hona chaayie..jis mai fruits, vegetables, nuts, milk, yogurt, desi ghee, beef, mutton, etc
    Lakin calories agr wrong source like biryaani chaawal mtlb white rice, bottles, cola, juices, sugary drinks and all bakery, maida mtlb white flour and its products and white sugar and its productd....agr apki calories ka source ye cheezain hain tu 100 saal bhi bnda laga rahe weight kum ni hota.
    Docri baat mai ye kehna chahta hoon mane jo formula btaaya ha vo sirf healthy logo k liye hain jin ko sugar, blood pressure nahi ha.
    jin ko ho chuka ha vo apki keto diet un k liye best ha.

    Assalam o alaikum Dr sab. Sir im suffering from high cholesterol and the diet plan that you mention in ur lectures is totally based on proteins intake. My body hormones are working totally abnormal. I have already left all kinds of meat, rice, sugar but still im gaining weight and i have yellow spots on my eyelids known as xanthalesma which through research ive found out that they are cholesteol deposits. My question is that with a cholesteol reading of 450 and above can i use proteinatious food and womt they increase my cholesterol, also ive been advised by many elders of my village to use desi ghee but im afraid of using it as i feel like it is ultimately going to increase my cholesteol level even more. So pls guide me as i want to start keto plan but am afraid due to high cholesterol. Thanx in advance
