Picked one up the Other day this scooter is really solid for the price point! I was cruzing all around town on this little scooter for the 4th! One Thing i did that helped alot was inflate the tires! they seem solid out the box but i added a few pumps and it made a huge dereference ! The Light is really good for night time use too! Thank you for vid it def helped me pull the trigger on this product the other day!
I just bought 1 yesterday after watching your video. You’re literally the only person on CZcams with a review for the Highlander Pro model. You made it look good & fun, after buying one it’s been confirmed! Only problem I’ve had so far was the rear wheel making an awful scraping noise. Turns out it was just a rock stuck between the pads and the rotor/disc. After blowing some compressed air around the back wheel, the debris flew right out and it was back to being completely smooth and silent again. You should think about doing a follow up video on the general maintenance of this unit and the steps that should be taken after each ride. Not trying to turn you into an escooter channel but you might get some decent views and subscriptions if you provide what the viewers really need from you!!!!
Say I don't know your name but you said I forgot it but anyway I did not receive an air pump for my tires or an allen wrench I have a Hoover one I got it at Best Buy for 651 651 dollars you have no air pump no allen wrench and no keys and none of that
@@robinsonmorris656 the first one of these i bought had no airpump or keys for battery, but that one went 18mph. after having to return that first one, they gave me a slightly different model (same SKU#) with keys and airpump, but only 15mph max speed.
@@robinsonmorris656 If it's the same one that's a problem but if it's not most likely its because it's not a scooter with rubber tires and it's not meant for scrolling in.
Has anyone found a replacement tube or tire for the rear tire? Currently in the process of replacing the rear tube but not finding the same type with a nozzle that can use the lock nut to hold in place.
So I recently tried to buy a turbo ant x7 pro that looks exactly like that specific scooter. Unfortunately it was a fraudulent accident that happened and the company refunded me and recommended that I don’t buy from them again. I’m still looking for an electric scooter that’s good enough for me to have fun and get to work at the same time without riding a bike when I live in an area with a bunch of hills. Is the battery removable? I see there’s a key knob on the battery which would actually be very secure as turbo ant offers a quick button to remove their battery from the scooter. Do you recommend buying the product on their website or Amazon?
It shows me the error 55 (controller overheat) but the curious thing is that this error appeared next day when the scooter was cool and the day previous was totally normal. Can you help me?
I picked one up at Best Buy.It must have been a return. It did not have any charger or handlebars with it.I returned it for another one.The throttle fell apart taking it out of the box.2 frustrating hrs later I had it back together and the thing was up and running.Let’s just say I am on the larger side of life and this scooter got me up to 18 mph which is fast enough for me.I rode it for like 3 hrs until the battery needed a recharge. The range is more than I will ever need. This is my first scooter so I hope it lasts.Make sure you pump up the tires before you ride it.The cruise control can be a little annoying.I wish it could be turned off.So far I am happy with this scooter. It would be great if I could find another spare battery.
Sorry you had such a hard time getting it. I agree with you on the cruise control. I'd prefer to be able to turn it off. Particularly for the higher speeds where you really need to hit the brakes to get it to switch off.
@@ProductImpressions The throttle was probably made in China. They are notorious for poor quality control.Love the scooter so far.I am a long haul truck driver and now I can go places in my off time that I was not able to go to before.
If you're referring to the plastic fender that you can step on to brake, I'm not sure it can be fixed if loose. If possible, it looks like it would require taking apart the base, which may be quite involved.

Yes, it will still roll if the battery has died. It's definitely heavier than a non-powered scooter, but you can still push it along and coast down hill.
The "high performance" mode means that it will go faster. Each of the settings just change the maximum speed, with high performance allowing up to 13 or so mph.
I bought this model and in less than one month of use the throttle fell apart. I believe the return spring fell out. LESS THAN ONE MONTH and the manufacturer wont even send me the part much less replace. Dont waste your money.
These are junk. And the company doesn’t offer replacement parts. And I figured out why, they made it to where you have to destroy the scooter to take it apart. You either have to destroy the grip or cut open the weld on the bottom to access the controller.
Yikes, that's really unfortunate. I had a much better experience with GoTrax XR Pro, so I'd recommend checking that out if still in the market for a scooter.
