LOL! It may have been a street corner. But you're absolutely right; I hate leaving out parts that I know fans will immediately spot! The only thing is... longer clips might make FOX and CZcams kind of mad. And we don't like them when they're mad. I try and do the best I can with the time I'm "allowed" to have, which means I fit in the joke I love most in the scene and work around from there. It gets tough when the scene is quite long and it has gold all the way through. I genuinely love this show though... I love all of the shows that I clip. That's why I try my best to make sure the best parts of the scene are there/make sure the cuts are as minimally jarring as possible. I'm glad for this kind of feedback and questions, to be honest. As cliche as it sounds, I genuinely appreciate the fact that people enjoy these clips enough to even comment. Even the countless comments of "old simpsons good, new simpsons bad" at least shows that viewers truly have an opinion and they are engaging. I'm glad people are enjoying these clips, even if I can't respond to each and every comment. I appreciate you all. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
one of my absolute favorite moments in the simpsons, even if it's debated whether it's in the golden age or not (the clouds have no black outlines) as not everyone seems to agree on when the golden age ended (one person: the last golden age season was 8, some other person: no it was 9, a third person: you're wrong, it was 10, etc.). Barney's scream was just hilarious. However, there is something in the episode itself that has not aged well due to obvious reasons.
Oddly enough this Episode predicted 9/11, in fact The Simpson’s have predicted a lot of things that came true. “Trump getting elected in office”, “bunch of inventions”. One of their writers must be a Psychic Oracle.
You have to give Barney some credit he did a really good job holding himself back until the very end
