Since the topic is about the gaunlet. What is the diffrence between holding it with your arms and with donning the gaunlet. Is there particular metal to connect them to the wielder. Like metal that conduct electricity. Like when ronan was affected when he held the handle of his hammer slotted with power stone. But when quil put in back the power stone to its container, the energy surging stop. Another is when hawkeye carried the gaunlet around his arm and then when thanos donned it with his arm
So basically a fight between Captain Marvel and Black Panther is just the two of them absorbing and throwing energy back and forth at each other...

It's really cool how Thanos pulled the power stone from the gauntlet, afterwards returned it back. When he returns it feels like a throwback to Infinity War because we never get to see him put it on the Infinity Gauntlet.

@@adityadwivedi6154 During age of ultron, hulk was not mind manipulated. He was uncontrolled himself to save Bruce. Because Wanda tries to control Bruce and then hulk came out. We seen that before Hulk will do anything to save Bruce by being monster whole life.
When hulk was fighting with thanos he already had power stone that is why hulk can't do anything and we all know that MCU made hulk as weakest.
Wanda's power is her emotions, it makes her stronger on the other hand she is a hulk.
This makes me think that Captain Marvel probably could wield all six stones if she can absorb the energy of the stones, and have nothing happen to her.

More than 1 year later, I have seen so many reviews and breakdowns but no one has ever talked about this. This cleans up so many things about Cpt Marvel and all debates about the strongest Avengers. Also, glad I'm not the only one thinking that the Scarlett Witch is super OP. Great Video.

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but when hulk goes to snap his fingers you can see his skin burning, but also very briefly you can see his skin healing just a slight bit. This shows how good hulks healing powers are.
This puts to rest her the idea that she could’ve easily defeated Thanos. Maybe she could’ve anyway but like he said, she was absorbing the power of all infinity stones and that is the only reason she could resist Thanos with absolutely no issue.

You know what went completed missed by everyone, including the producers/editors/writers/actors? In the frame (even the one in this video) when Thanos readjusts the gauntlet after Tony grabs it, it is clearly visible that he can see whether or not the Soul/Time stones are in their proper places. It honestly makes Thanos look stupid.

I actually stumbled upon an article that mentioned this a couple of days ago. It also theorizes that because Thanos removed a stone from the gauntlet, it broke the circuit and thus he managed to hit her so easily afterwards. Also explains why she was unfazed prior to him removing one stone.

idk about that. I mean it makes sense, yes. But it also clearlys showed him taking specifically the power stone and activating it. I think it's safe to assume that the power stone allows you to hit people really hard.

In Avengers End Game, when Captain Marvel meet Thor for the First time, she said "I have telapathy". She interact with Thor telapathically (Listen carefully, it is very hard to listen).
No one said I have telepathy in that scene, people are hearing things. And if someone did say it it was Thor, not her. People are hearing Thor making some kind of sighing sound and think he's saying telepathy.

This is a really interesting detail that settles so many of the arguments claiming Captain Marvel is too overpowered! The fact her strength comes from absorbing energy makes her a much more grounded character that has the ability to have flaws rather than just being the character there to beat everyone into oblivion no matter how powerful they are

There is another small detail that I found in avengers endgame. If you Look back at the portal scene before Cap said Assemble..look at Captain America shield, his shield was not shattered. If you can't find it...you guys need to just focus on Captain America throughout the portal scene. Just only look at him, It is very hard to notice so you need zoom a little bit.!!!

Hey @The Canadian Lad I have noticed another detail from this movie. When Professor Hulk tries to snap with the Nano-tech gauntlet, he faces immense resistance in doing so while when Tony snaps his fingers at the end, he is able to snap his fingers easily. This goes to show how advanced his Mk 85 was that it contained the infinity stones. Also, when Professor Hulk snapped his fingers, his arm was badly burnt. But when Tony snapped, he also suffered the same with an addition of a burnt right ear. This shows how advanced and strong Mk 85 was that it limited Tony's damage to that of Professor Hulk who has strength Tens of times of that Tony .
Please look into this, I hope I was able to add something new to the list.

I just noticed another detail that proves that Captain Marvel absorbed the energy from the gauntlet. If you watch 3:07 at x0.25 speed, it's very quick, but you can see the energy from the stones arcs into her hands.

Captain Marvel might be the strongest(according to some) but her character arc doesn't let me connect with her. For a character to be interesting, he/she must have a good story/character arc that gives u a reason to vouch for them. For me the most powerful will always be Wanda and Thor coz they have amazing powers and a great backstory.
Edit: We have seen them improve gradually throughout the Infinity Saga....which is why majority prefer Thor and Wanda over Danvers

4:47 is some of the best cgi/motion capture I've ever seen in my life. What they did for Thanos is just crazy amazing visually. Also if you look you can see ever last pore on his face, and even every single strand of hair starting to grow on his head.
This REALLY makes me wonder what Thanos with a full head of hair would look like.....

He's not that far away, and Tony takes like 15 seconds to snap, Thanos easily could have closed the gap and got back into the fight.
Kinda ruins the moment when you think about it from that PoV, Thanos just standing there watching Tony tell him he's Iron Man, have s nice little dramatic moments and then snap xD

Tony knew what he was going to do. He made his suit to specifically withstand the surge of the stones, but he couldn't make it to where the suit would help him survive
what do you mean? he is clearly very visibly effected by the stones, when he activates them and they start to glow he gives of a very clear groan of pain and he cant help but jolt and strongly twitch in physical pain, but as he is a man on a mission he just simply takes it, as he says "and i am iron man" there is a clear strain for him to do so.
oh, and you can see the glow from the stones making their way up his neck and chin, just under his skin.

Doctor Strange is the most powerful hero in the MCU. Doctor Strange pretty easily can just banish anyone to the mirror dimension, his shields can tank very destructive and powerful blasts, at any time if needed he can draw power from the dark dimension, or can just sling ring people into a star.

And Doctor Strange didn't really take the threat too seriously until it was too late. No. She can't absorb gamma radiation without being hurt. It has negative effects on most life forms, but the Hulk can manage through it as he gives off and absorbs gamma regularly. He technically should've gone World Breaker from that level of exposure to it, but that's beside the point.

Couple questions/issues about this:
If Captain Marvel absorbed the energy from 6 combined and synergised infinity stones, why did she later get affected by Thanos' power stone juiced punch, when she should've shrugged it off by what you're saying in this video.
Secondly, when you say that Captain Marvel wouldn't do well against Stormbreaker since even a fully stoned gauntlet didn't do anything against it, you may have forgotten that uru isn't affected by energy blasts or magic, but if she were to, like, wack it away, or even fly away from it, she'd be completely fine (she could also just catch it and throw it back to Thor infinitely, rendering it useless). Yes, she wouldn't be able to dispel it with her photon blast, but as you said, that's not even her at her best.
Also, Wanda wouldn't do anything against Stormbreaker because she uses magic/energy, which is literally all of her powers that is effective against an inanimate object.

On your point about the power stone,
I assumed Thanos noticed, throw what he wasn't feeling from the gauntlet, that she was absorbing the gauntlets energy, so by removing the power based stone he took away alot of the power from it and also you need to remember she was surprised, caught off guard she clearly was focusing on absorbing the power from the gauntlet so he taking the power stone into his other hand was quick enough for her to not be able to react fast enough to redirect her absorbing that seems to be channeled through her hands

It is not clear if danver absorbs energy from all infinty stones or just the space stones. If that was the case that danver can handle the 6 stones. And why isnt in dr strange vision. Why must stark sacrifice himself
