This is like watching a music video for a movie.
As someone who has always been depressed as long as i can remember, it’s not something people could know unless i trusted them enough to tell, and i don’t trust anyone anymore. I’m in therapy and support groups, so don’t worry about me. I am not a danger to anyone, self included.
But just know even if we love someone, some of us stopped trusting years ago.
It’s also interesting that as far back as i can remember (middle school) we are told what people usually do before they remove themselves, like you mention, giving things away. So if someone wanted to avoid being caught beforehand, all they would have to do is avoid doing the ‘warning signs’
Lewis wrote this song from his mother’s perspective as her sister did take her own life. Lewis was a lot younger when this happened, this song shows that his aunt would appear to be happy and not thinking of suicide! His words in this song were perfect and touches your heart ♥️ I plus a lot of other people have went through this heartbreak 😢👍🏻😁🏴
Capaldi wrote this song about his aunt who did take her life when he was a child.

And it’s all about checking in on your friends when they say that they’re fine and he’s basically saying just risk it. Risk being dumb and check on it on them anyway. Tommy's Song by Grayscale is a fantastic song to listen to. It was written for the lead singers cousin who took his own life in 2019 (20 years old). On youtube there is the one and only time they have played it live and it was for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Beautiful song, and beautiful video tribute.
