pretty much yeah, we are native flemish speakers so english is usually no problem what so ever, ofcourse some of us have a slightly hairy accent, and the older generation does not really speak it (they do speak French better, but can't be blamed having never experienced growing up with english movies games and other things)

The large street art you put in your video is not in Ghent. It's in a small village called 'Doel'. We call it the ghost city. Because it's abandoned for a long time now. That's why it's full of street art.
