I was diagnosed with SLE and 3 yrs ago my condition worsen with entire body joint pain and I was bed ridden..now my condition is far improved I am doing basic streches.. as I didn't sit on the floor for almost 3 yrs I feel difficult in sitting up on the floor and getting up..is there any video for getting up from floor as I lack flexibility now
All these exercises are exactly what my PT gal had me doing after I fractured my hip and femur so glad to see these on here you guys are great I used to tell her about you two Lol
Docs! Your videos are great, thanks so much! Besides the physical therapy, we get treated to a bit of wacky humour...wise cracks, Gunsmoke, Proud Mary, Down in the Valley, and "Okay Bob" "That's right Brad"...you two will never forget each other's names!!! Do your "Double-yoos!"
Thank you for these exercises. If I may suggest one more as a warm up... Stand with feet slightly apart raise your right hand to the right higher than your shoulder & turn your head to the right. Repeat to your left. I find that this loosens my neck muscles (& I hear a few creaks) repeating at least 10 times. Keeping the neck flexible is important for driving.
Coming from 21 years of fitness training.. You guys should have thought of this long time ago adding that little spice of workout music it’s totally Motivation 🤩 I totally loved it!! I enjoyed! Good job guys!
I find the routine of repetitive exercises really boring so I love the fact you guys make it fun with your friendly chit chat and jokes. Really motivates me and makes it easy for me to want do this routine everyday.

People watch you because your knowledgeable, down to earth, and funny;) I watch you all the time;) Also, I tell my clients to watch you for more movements to do to stay pain and injury free. Keep moving is the key to aging gracefully;)

Thanks for some senior workouts, I also need some exercises that strengthen muscles for getting up from the floor. I try to identify on my own, but my way these days is just to ask for a hand. I am glad you show balance exercises too. Anything to strengthen knees? It was very helpful now in my advanced years to learn how I contributed to knee damage by not keep ing 90 degree or less. But maybe I can still strengthen them...
I'm 72 and worked all my life with little time to exercise but now I see how bad of shape I'm in. Your works outs look too easy until you do them for a few days. Good job
This is a great workout just to do in the morning to get yourself moving. Including the young people. Your body will thank you in your 50s. Take it from somebody that is trying to avoid hip labrum surgery. And, I used to play 5-6 days of competitive tennis just 6 weeks ago.
Love you guys. And, I am not wanting to be a jerk. But, what age would you say this workout appeals to? I am 67, and I think I am about to be very, very proud. Also, my sister is two years younger than I am, and she probably couldn't do this workout!
