I have a 2022 tony kart that has a busted engine and this looks like an amazing thing to do,
I wasn't able to find your exact model of motor on electro & co's site they only have a 70h version of it. they have a 90h with no internal reduction.

Which gear ratio do you use? Have you measured your maximum speed?
Right now I have 19T motor and 21T rear. Ratio on the motor gearbox is 2.35:1 and peak 7000rpm at the rotor. ~62mph max with this setup but 19T motor and 19T rear will be over 70mph

I think I'll install a QS without a gearbox. Although they have low torque, they are flexible in terms of gear ratios. I think for a kart on the track 130 km/h is the ideal top speed for European tracks.
Is your battery equipped with Lifepo cells?

Li-ion cells are too dangerous for me. I don't want to sit on the bomb😊 I'm currently using LTO cells. I have a 130V battery for my kart. But the biggest problem is that the cell voltage drops too quickly when I discharge 750Ah. Therefore I am looking for a solution. Of course I can double the cells, but then I'll have too much weight. For drag racing I have to be as light as possible.
My kart currently weighs 205 kg.😞 with me 280 kg.
