It's supposed to be made from carbon-steel with car paint on top. When you say rot, do you mean rust? It shouldn't happen. Especially if you use it regularly
The ride is nice! I received a frame with the folding bar welded to the frame. I modified so the bike functions as one piece, but can't fold and unfold the bike.

Got my new Nakto 48v 500w 12ah and love it! Speed up to 30 mph! Went over 30 miles on battery only! Never did hit the bottom of battery! Get tons of looks. So much fun! Even in Alaska!!!

I like a E-bike that goes 120miles Distance with PAS and goes 40 to 45 MPH.
I've got mine through rent a center, it's been taking me back & forth to work just fine. One month now & no issues.

In England anything over 250W and 15.5 MPH does't count as a pedal bicycle anymore and must be registered as motorcycle
