These experiences make me so mad and sad at the same time. My aunt stop construction and she is convinced that she is taken advantage because she is a professional single woman who worked abroad for over 30 years. They think immigrants have a stack of gold overseas.
Recently bought a farm and I have to install a tranformer with a pole. It cost me 15 thousand peso for pole and 26 thousand pesos for transformer, labor 10, 000. But, in my case have to do it, the house was about a mile in. I think you stick to you gun. Great story.

I have completed building 2 Residencial/Commercial spaces. I was able to do this on a VERY small budget. Your comment just isn't true if you are smart enough.
Sounds like the EDE people wanted a profitable side job. Your opinion? (Tried to get cash, or total miscommunications, or technical incompetency). Bottom line your interpretation on the cause of the connection hassles.

They wanted me to fund new infrastructure for the street. That's my take.
