Never a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket. I was 100% in ADA & VET, but sold some ada off to diversify, and stopped putting more money into ada and diversified.

Bought 90 icp buying another 75 icp next week. I’ve been in crypto for 3 months researching the shit out of it and I’m starting to realize this has the best value.
I work for a company in IT and we meet in Switzerland once a year. Everyone talks crypto in Switzerland I saw their offices in Zurich. The fact this is based in Zurich is an overlooked aspect. A lot of the brightest minds in crypto and tech live there. And Dfinity is well known out there and well respected. Just an FYI
Switzerland is usually ahead of the US in every aspect. Like they’re 10-20 years ahead of the US at least. Their infrastructure is A+

ICP is one of the only projects with real world utility. There’s a few others like Vechain. But the majority are just garbage coins

BASIC RULE OF INVESTMENTS: DON'T PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET = SPREAD THE RISK= don't put 100% into one asset
creating an all-purpose cloud computer - will take more time. Working with encrypted data across multiple nodes is a problem that won't be solved overnight. But at $46 per coin, ICP is a value play likely to beat Ethereum thanks to its low valuation relative to its level of innovation.

Hey Jerry love you passion about ICP and its innovative tech but I have some questions. Is ICP blockchain decentralised? the reason i am asking is 1- its code is not open source. 2 . if ICP becomes the web3 internet so basically if you want to use that internet you have to login with your Internet Id, otherwise you can't use it . or if you do something wrong they can shut you out as they can track all your activity. doesn't this align with the internet digital ID to access the WEB that WEF is talking about. ?
Parts of the code are not open source, thats true. But as a part of the community I don´t want the code open source, because everyone could copy it and compete against the Internet Computer without putting the hard work in.
That's why most cryptos are worthless. They are basically just copies of Bitcoin or Ethereum.
Not too decentralized. No more than eth . Better tech tho . And Ada founder said the same about Hbar . They had closed source code and patient. Same with Icp it’s alien tech like hbar . They will get a head start with adoption then open source code . And yes aligns with wef views . Same as all iso “cryptos” . And all the ones that will last long term . Luckily you can make money from it and hopefully not have to participate when it’s here.

The community votes so unless the WEF buys up around or near 50% of ICP 😬 the community holds the control over a evil controlling WEF proposal. I have more than one Internet ID and can make many more, if they ever made it so I can only have one and that the one is tied to my real world ID I would start looking else where and sell my ICP

QNT is not mandatory and assumes financial institutions will give a middleman vendor power instead of going with their own customized solution and/or decentralized network. Why do you think so? Low supply doesn't = BTC level prices. At a minimum QNT has competition from CCIP, IBC, etc, no matter how much it's denied by QNT holders.

I am huge into ICP, got in early. BUT I still would like to get into some crypto that might give me big earnings early and dump before it's levels back down. Can you still try and find some of those and discuss them. Remember, you made good money on some of them and got out on time.

I think you're investment will pay off, although I wouldn't go all into ICP personally. Obviously, I'd assume you own other tangible assets and other portfolios, businesses, etc. ICP is solid for decentralized storage and low latency.
I believe the value is big, but where is the narrative? Coins pump on narrative and marketing.
The problem is nobody cares about, what does it even do? Is it not suuuper centralized?

HOWEVER the idea that ICP is going to take over crypto requires you to believe that 1: There's a huge conspiracy keeping it down, and 2: That the elites are going to let you and I profit off this tech.
They won't. If ICP is as good as they say, they'll copy it and have it banned/regulated.
Invest in things you can take profit in during the cycles, don't buy into the "hold forever because it's the future" narrative, because anything good enough to stand the test of time will be stolen from you one way or the other. The rich don't like company.

I think that’s possible. If it ever reaches $40 and when people start actually looking at it, the price is gonna explode. I could see ethereum level market cap in a few years.

FTX is the reason ICP was dumped on so bad. I read somewhere that at launch it traded for 1800, I checked Coinmarket cap and saw it was as high as 700 already. My mentor told me it's also a front end for Uni Swap. I'm Bullish!

Burn rate will increase with network adoption. True inflation is very low. ICP will most likely follow a similar path as ETH

I have same concerns. How long until the SEC/DOJ attacks ICP. The only way for it to succeed. It has to be autonomous. Not sure it is 100% capable to run on its own yet w/o. Dfinity assistance.
