Any chance you can give some pointers for working leg strength? I’m a midfielder and pretty good with the ball at my feat but need to strengthen my legs during this off season. What leg workout/workout split do you follow?

I hate when a match just gets called off when you’ve been looking forward to it for the whole week
Im not in this certain point where im as good as you but just a little tip, next time u training 1v1’s. You would want to slide into the ball when the ball is far but still in possession of the striker, but when the striker comes into the goal slowly but on a far distance then u would want to get on your toes and get ready for a strike by doing your normal leg save. If he is in the box then its best to go in for a leg save risking ur balls😂😂! But overall your save were great! Technic is wonderful, might try it out myself!
Well done Ben is my 1st season as well goalkeeper I used be a cub bacb but I decided go in goals and I had few good save with my 1st season

I hate when matches get called off. I remember for my debut in goal I was in the changing room when the ref walked in and told us the match was cancelled 😭
