As a keeper my self I completely argee with what’s in your bag. I also like to use one pair of warm up gloves or the gloves I use at practice .and then I save my better gloves for the game.
I never use to think I can get better but when I started watching your videos I have become a better goalie. Thank you for help me get better. I owe you big time😊😊😊

Im 13 now but the last game I played was when I was 12 and one important thing for me (especially for games in the morning) is Gatorade or an energising drink!!
Great choice wit the Legend 9, I have bought a couple pairs of Legends because Nike transitioned to synthetics😒
I personally carry extra laces and plasters when I feel rubbing so I don't get blisters during a game

I had a tryout once and I was put in the ecnl 11v11 game. I had new gloves that didn't have straps and I had no tape. I have very floppy wrists so when an easy shot came and hit my hand, It went straight into the back of the net with only a deflection. I didn't get offered a spot on ecnl.

The thing I’ve been taking a lot to games recently has been vasoline or petroleum cream. Heard from another keeper that putting a dab on ur gloves before playing helps keep them sticky. I don’t actually know if it has an affect or not but the feeling of confidence knowing my gloves feel sticky helps me a lot
Be careful using this.. it COMPLETELY ruins the durability of your gloves even after one use!

Great video, but do you ever take a second kit just incase... I always take 2 kits with me on the off chance the opposition have changed kits (Has happened to me before) All the best for the rest of the season

Tracksuit or 3/4 bottoms for warm up and incase the pitch is so rubbish you need to wear them to reduce abrasions (or it’s bloody cold)

My son is 9 yrs old and your bag is just like his .Apart from wrist tape .We also and keepbalm ,which makes your gloves sticky mate .Try it and thank me later .

As a kid goalkeeper, I had my first hallway 3v3 with some other kids and i was goalkeeper. I made saves just like you and I actually bought gloves, next week we will rematch because it ended in tie 19-19., I didn't concede the 17 other goals, my friends did.

I know this is a GK video but maybe mention that only GK's are allowed a cap on the pitch......Might be obvious to most but may not be to some (from other perspectives/positions)! Other then that another amazing vid Ois, much love!

wrist tape is a must. I was playing one day and a ball hit the side of my wrist and broke it. I still worry to this day that I might brake it again if I don't wear wrist tape

I mean the only thing I can't go on out on match days is my water bottle and my gloves and just 1 more addition is my towel for ur same reason, cleaning ur gloves, first I put water on my gloves for some (more) grip and towels for excess water and dirt and gloves is common Sense
