- Hello my lovelies! This week was beach hut week! Every August my Mum and Dad rent a beach hut at Frinton for a week. I went down Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday for some relaxation. It was much needed as on Friday I became very unwell with an adhesion flare up in my abdomen. I am on two lots of strong anti biotics but it is taking a long time for the infection to go down. On Wednesday evening, we went to an open air cinema to watch Top Gun Maverick with Ang and Simon. It was so amazing and would defintiely do another one. Enjoy and see you next time.

I enjoyed seeing your video today, I hope you are feeling much better. I felt so bad for you having to go through that and thinking about us at the same time. All the work you do just for us! You are so encouraging to me just to see how you charge on through your days not feeling well. I wish we had castles and the beach here in Oklahoma but we don’t! The heat here has been unbearably hot but Fall will be coming in another two months. We usually see cool weather in October and then we get the sweaters out! Enjoyed it!!

I had a gastric bypass but was left with a condition called bowel associated arthritis syndrome, I have to take metrodizinol every day forever but they are amazing took the pain away , I do have flare ups but nothing like at the beginning hope you are better xxx

Hi Nicola, been a while since I've been on due to sickness and tests, and I recently did my pip telephone assessment omg I was so nervous and anxious..but I want to say am so sorry what your going through nic Iam in same boat as you to lesions all over my body caused by endometriosis and fibroids and now fibromyalgia plus recently diagnosed with degenerative disc disease..so I truly understand what your going through 🙏..and it's hard to explain something just how much your going through and what it's like.. depression to..thankyou for allways posting brilliant vlog and with your beautiful family...we all love you nic 🥰
