- I promised more at home training so today is a full 30 minute session. We get the heart rate up a bit but also focus on many important striking skills such as footwork, catching and checking kicks, and we even practice some head movement. This is a great session for all those looking to learn novice level kickboxing and a good way for those more advanced to recap everything they should have a good understanding of.

I would love some training videos that train proper technique in upper body rotation. I'm about a month into training Muay Thai hard, and I struggle with knowing how much my shoulders should be moving while throwing different punches. By the way, one of my trainers went the distance with you a long time ago in ISKA :)
A training for karate combat style 👀
I feel awkward working elbows on a bag and would love a couple rounds routine that includes throwing a bunch of elbows at a bag to just immitate.
Perhaps a video utilizing the tear drop bag?
For me, footwork drills and agility would be great. Though any of these at home workout videos are amazing! The holiday one helped get me out of a slump, and now I'm rotating through some of the older ones. Thanks!
Just finished the workout. My heart's definitely pumping, and I feel ready to fight a wildcat barehanded.
Did my first KICKBOXING session Tuesday I'm sore all over and supposed to be training again tonight 🤦♂️. Don't ever stop being active kids because its a pain to get back in shape LITERALLY.!
It gets better over time, i train KB, football(soccer) and lift in the gym i have one day off a week and i dont get sore anymore. Keep up the grind 💪

Im 42 and what helped extremely good again soreness is a cold shower after the training. A little warm then cold. Not ice just cold. Huge difference!
@@patmanpatmanson try using cold water from the start. Don't transition between warm to cold and you'll feel the difference

Could you possibly do a workout for after a kickboxing/ muay thai session that focuses on muscle and power building. Appreciate the videos
I realise it not optimal to do weight training after a kickboxing session but I feel it is still better than nothing for those of us who focus mainly on kickboxing
Brother you need to go squats and pull-ups and push-ups all body weight and many of them. Stay fast.
