Thanks for making the video. I lived in Mill Rd Gillingham in the early/mid 70’s and quite liked it. Lots of places to go for adventures, old ex army sites and installations.. I’d love to return and spend 6 months living there again.. enjoying coffee & cake at cafes on the high street and roaming about town with a head full of memories... I was 14 back then, now 60, where did all that time go..
I lived in Gillingham back in 1978 , Shakespeare Road . My Hubbie ( deceased now ) used to enjoy a pint in The Livingstone Arms ! The High Street was very different back then .

What’s with all the roller shutters, are things that bad now. So glad I left in 1970 for oz we ain’t that bad but it’s moving in that direction, as is the world, but there is light if you look in the right direction
