The winner of the talisman melted it down since he needed the money back then. He only kept that small, platinum sword piece.
The winner of the chalice still keeps it safe in his bank vault. He loves getting interviewed about it. :P
The other three prizes were most likely sent back to the Franklin Mint (the company that crafted them) and got melted down. No one could've predicted they would become so important.

@@DarthRushy Just a rumor. Atari returning the treasures to the Franklin Mint is much more probable. They needed every little bit of money back then.
It has since been revealed that the third contest for the crown did happen. Entries had already been submitted before Atari was sold. If they didn't hold the third contest, Atari would've been on the receiving end of a class action lawsuit for false advertising. The third contest didn't get media attention, and the winner has never been revealed.
And now that dream is no more 😢

You mean to tell me that you not only uploaded, but monetized and entire video series where you stare, slack jawed at old AVGN episodes, while saying absolutely nothing of value?
Ive seen reactors not even the least bit invested in videos they watch, charlie here gets a pass because its clear to me that he is enjoying watching the video and paying attention, he looks like how i looked when i first saw it and i can appreciate his ending commentary so its not an empty reaction
@@jonathancross1736 he was nearly silent for the full 10 minutes. He practically got away with reuploading an avgn episode that he robotically says "yeah" at every 30 seconds.

Ashtyn & Jon are way worse, they don’t even bother reading comments and at least Charlie sort of knows what the nerd is talking about
