IH 685XL with Turbo

Ensistarttaukset ( siis aidosti ihan realistinen ensistartti ) moottorirempan jälkeen, turbolla.
Ensin polttoainejärjestelmän ilmauksia ja aluksi ilmavaivaa käynnissä, kun kaikki on ollut ihan osina, uudet putket, männät, laakertit, suutinkärjet, jne .....

If you having trouble with it starting pull up on the stop knob but don’t bring it right up so it will stop, just pull up about halfway

685 engine are D-239 and 3.9 liter, 785 engine is D-246 , 4 liter 0 almoust same engine.......
If I remember right, that was a ( old, used ? ) Schwitzer S2 A turbo, ( Valmet 803 - 903 models -78-82, used same turbo ) , Holset HX30 are maybe almoust same size, and works a lot better what Sch S2 ( old turbo type, from somwhere later -70 or early -80´es ) .
Exhaust housing must been enought small, for turbo low rpm "wake up" , and boost, I think at ex housing must been #10 , maybe #12 maximum ....

@@nickhill3362 685 hawe original about 69hp @2300rpm and ( wery low / high rpm ) torgue 238Nm @1600rpm
Now I think there is maybe 85-90hp and 290+Nm, what come out lower rpm:s what original max torgue power.
Exhaust pipe is only 60/64mm OD-size

Nothing, litle cleaning only. No problem with temps @1 bar boost

Uusi ( kaverilla 10v ollut ) Schwitzer S2A. ( Olisko joku Holset HX30 aika liki samaa kokoa ? )
Esim Valtra myi näitä Switsuja 15-20v sitten, esim 903 Valmettiin alkuperäisen tilalle

Itte olen eri ahtimia tilannut ja hakenut ProTurbolta Porista. Pekka kyl ahtimista tietää ja tarvittaessa muoksii ahtimia tarkemmin tarkoitukseen sopivaksi. Tosa mun Turbo-Nuffissakin on Pekan muokkaama HX40 , joka toimii oikein hyvin.
Hintataso siellä on ihan siedettävä, ei mikään rosvohintainen puulaaki ole.
Tuolla mun videoissa olevaan CASE 956 turbottamaani koneeseen settiä tehdessä, samalla tein toisaalle ahdin/välijäähysetin 1056 CASEen, johon Pekalta tais tulla sieltä uusi HX30 ahdin. HX30 soveltuu n. 4-6 litrasiin moottoreihin
