      @@S.MOHANTY483doing nothing to improve system. Many judges came and gone , same is happening at present...
      Livestreaming and digitalization of court procedures are very basic yet important improvements in my view ;
      even chapri's got camera before courts had it as a masterstroke. 😅

    There is a theory that be it democracy or dictatorship, all matters to the leadership. If a leader is good he will lead in a balance way. Commenting on any platform or roasting any ex department head on which we are not even accountable by vote on whether who will be the next head, is futile to judge by comment. It’s the only elevation process whether we think it’s healthy or not we have to accept anyhow. Now the contradictory part is that there are unhealthy post even in executive part too, but we don’t talk about because we have accepted that as a part of running government. And same in legislative part too, the main point is when a person holds a post whatever he does, he does in a very balanced discretion way and keeping in mind that they are accountable to us. And every part of polity has some or other way, have curative forms, if a decision by any head of department is wrong today it can be curated tomorrow. Just it’s a matter of pride that they have decisive ability, and not like us even our comments are biased. So think what if we would have done if we were holding that post with such biasses. After all it’s my vision how I see anything. No one is perfect and perfection always have flaws…..

    17:55 He says that the executive and judiciary should have the same objective they work towards. What rubbish. Judiciary works for the constitutions upholding, it is there to stand up for citizens against state power. This is why Quraishi wasn’t appointed, this is why caa cases, farm protest cases etc weren’t heard, this is why he ignored all the petitions of human rights violations, because he, this man had a common objective with the executive, which is basically one man nowadays, mr. Modi. Makes me sad. This man isn’t district level judge material forget CJI.

    22:34 he made a point that by "consultation he does not mean concurrence" that means he is still subscribed to what the honourable SC stated in first judges case(1982) but the fact is that SC reversed it's judgement in Second judges case(1993) and stated that " Consultation means concurrence" i.e CJI's advice is binding on president.

    This is what happens when you fall asleep while CZcams is on. You wake up and some strange video is playing and you're wondering, how in the world did I get to here from my other video which had nothing to do with this one.
    Oh, and dude at 1:51:35: No one laughed at your joke, "of course you have to watch Glass/Class all the time please". Silence. Then he realizes his joke isn't funny and moves on quickly. Love his "please" at the end of his sentence though. :'D

    CJI Bob De is a blot on the good name of Indian Judiciary. had no backbone and kept many burning issues on the back burner. He lowered the prestige of the Supreme Court along with his predecessor who got MP ship due to his favourable decision to gift Babri MAsjid to the very people who broke it down.
