Surprised that such a quality channel with high production values, sound research, and a soothing voice receives such little appreciation.
That harpoon shooter somehow looks well integrated into both Waterworld and Batman. In Waterworld the bulb looks like cobbled together plastic bottles, a practical choice for the setting, and in Batman it seems like canisters of compressed air, matching the electromechanical complexity of Batman.

Thank you for the kind word! And, yes, the Waterworld toyline my have taken it's primary weapons from other toylines, but the Kenner toy makers did an excellent job of re-sculpting them to match the post-apocalyptic ascetic of Waterworld.

Couple years late to the party but I'm really enjoying your videos and reviews. Now I'm looking for a Nord and Gate Keeper to add to my vintage toy army.

Hey Gordon Andrews! Glad you found us! And yes, the Nord and Atoll Enforcer are peak 90s Kenner!

Hey! I just noticed that there are two versions of this figure. The bladder of the blaster comes in two flavors. Green and dark grey or black.
Just thought you'd want to know! :)

Cool, really?? I don't think I have ever seen the one with a black bulb. It must be super rare!!!

@@TheAtoll I may be wrong. The seller looks to have edited the photo so the bladder looks to be dark. The green appears to be the effect of sun exposure. I thought I found something cool but, well I just found bad photos.
But hey! Thanks for your videos! You have inspired me collect the figures as well as other items. This movie really deserves to get more credit than it has.

It's kinda sad that they didn't make a Deez and/or Atoll playset or something

Haha, wow, wouldn't that have been amazing! An Atoll playlet could have had so many cool play features: catapults, water cannons, working windmill, cage above the organo barge. Maybe even a small interior area for Gregor's lab!
