Missed oppourtunity, Arryn Zech not on the show as the cat.
She's not part of Rooster Teeth anymore, though she does still do the voice work for Blake. It'd be a bit hard to get her on the show again.
Steven Rasche shes been on always open before and is still friends with people at the company. Im just saying because of her role as Blake it wouldve been a great opportunity to be Binx the cat IF she was able to hop on again.
I'd forgotten that she'd left before always open... My bad.
She lives in LA. It's not really logistically feasible, unless there's some other reason for her to be in town (e.g. a RWBY-related event).

I just started watching these videos and my love for Barbra and Mariel grow with every episode I watch. You guys are so cute, love the show!
On the Drowning thing, that is True, I nearly drown when I was 8 playing a stupid pool party game and there was a point I sorta just gave up and decided to let go peacefully. AT 8 YEARS OLD lol thankfully my friend's mom came and saved me xD
dude i have such a similar story where i got stuck under pool floats (giant ones too big for the pool) and just kinda gave up. Thankfully somebody moved it a little and there was space and I got a jolt of adrenaline.
I nearly drowned when i was 8 as well. Except i dont reckon peace. I just gained conciousness when my brother was pulling me out of the pool.
I think I was about 9 or 10 when I nearly drowned. Swam out to a deeper part of the pool than I intended. I don't remember much. I must have breathed water trying to get my head up, and the next thing I remember is gaining consciousness on the side of the pool and throwing up. Interestingly, I think that was the last year the community had a lifeguard even though he was the one that saved me.
I was maybe 8 and ran away from home because I wasn't allowed to have a friend over. It was winter and I remember it was snowing, I left out the back and down a hill where the edge of the property backed up to a creek. I tried crossing the frozen creek to get to the other side but the ice broke and I fell in. I remember just grabbing at anything I could but kept sliding. I finally grabbed a tree that's roots were sticking out from the dirt, pulled myself out and went home soggy and cold. I apologized to my mom who'd been worried and never ran away again. It was a calm fear matched with frantic movement, knowing I needed to get out and knowing I had to do it myself.
Peacefully? I thought drowning is absolutely horrendous, one of the worst ways to die apparently?

Why has Texas never been a guest on this show?
No one makes drinks like he does. But they do get him involved every now and again.
He was featured on a post-show that was open to the public, where he talked about being diagnosed with Bell's palsy.
I had a similar moment in my childhood like Barbara. We were in Disney World and I was so fascinated about the ducks that I left my family's group unattended and suddenly lost track of my family. Those ducks really did a number on me, I think about that situation years later.
Barb looks so different with that costume - I don't think I would have recognised her if she walked past me.

Fun fact for the cast: when you’re in high stress environments your brain produces endorphins. They’re the natural neuro-chemical version of painkillers, similar to dopamine (which is a neurotransmitter). So when you’re drowning, towards the end you’re basically high on painkillers. So yeah, if you remain conscious you can be at peace when you succumb to the last sleep.

Fun fact about not having a place to stay in Rome, if you accidentally get locked into a train station over night, you're super safe from getting accosted thanks to the security.
I've been hiking when I was about 5 and slipped walking along a high rock face over a river and slipped off the rock face, it was probably a 30 foot drop, and the adult who took us on the walk caught me by the arm and I was hanging over the drop and he pulled me up. That was terrifying as I would have been at best paralysed, and I think about that a lot.
I've seen Hocus Pocus probably about 20+ times.

To be fair she didn't say she dated this Dan guy. Just a hook up. And I don't think she was seeing the previous boy at the time. I think Dan was just mad she had been hooking up with another guy prior to them meeting. For all we know she could have stopped that right when she hooked up with Dan. And one date isn't dating. If it did there are a lot of online daters who have some explaining to do.
The Sweet Lamb it's more about "Dan" being a Lil Frat. His mentality of "brotherhood". The old belief of "never date anyone, a fraternity brother is remotely into" which "Dan" felt he was betrayed by "breaking the code" after finding out a frat bro was seeing this girl he hooked up with.
And these days, any old "traditions" is frowned upon anymore and need validity through sharing. Be it, a popular podcast.

The peaceful drowning thing is true. I nearly drowned when I was like, 10. It was like really terrifying for about a minute then, I started seeing flashing colors and just kind of went limp. I think I passed out but, I'm not sure. Because the next thing I remember is my older sister yelling in my face to snap out of it... yeah it was weird.
I mean we've seen that Meriel is a good actress through 11 Little Roosters, if she's voice acted before let me know. She seems to be very good. And heavily comedic!
When I drowned, it was cold and dark, and I felt a great weight pressed in on my chest, and I felt all that right up until I blacked out.
I couldn't watch this episode for three months because the costumes freaked me out.

Dying from being buried alive doesn't depend on the amount of oxygen. It's all about carbon dioxide. The amount of CO2 will build up until you pass out, and then you'll suffocate. The parts leading up to passing out will suck because you'll have a tough time breathing. You won't be able to get a full breath, and you'll also be starting to have a panic attack due to the sense of impending death and close quarters, which will only increase the amount of CO2 in the box, speeding up your death.
