- In todays video we are going to combine two kits to make a tall background structure. We are using Dolton Spark Plug from jasonjensentrains.com and Winger Paper Bag from fosskits.com
we then place the finished structure on the layout. Hope you enjoy the video and happy modeling everyone!!!

Jason, you are indeed very talented. The skill to make the 2 kits appear to be one was fantastic.
Great techniques and tips you have shared.
Cheers, and stay safe, Michael
An Outstanding kit bash again Jason.. backdrop buildings filling up fast with awesome results..Happy Modeling always☕️☕️✌️
Great Build! Great design and choices made. As always inspirational. Thanks Jason.
Spectacular building. Thanks for share Jason
Cesar
Great build Jason! Your work is paying off! Your layout is absolutely amazing!
I just love watching you work on your projects. Whether railroad or Scifi. My hands aren't what they used to be, nor my eyes, so I enjoy watching you do your magic. Thank you for sharing.
God bless you.
Wonderful structure, Jason ! I like the way you mixed two buildings. I was abroad with my students and was unable to look at your videos because of the poor wifi quality. But now that l’m back to Canada, it is so cool to watch them. Thanks a lot for you work!!!
Very nice work. Since it's in the background, I'm not certain you need a loading dock as it will be hidden by the structures in front of it.
Great kitbash !!!
Awasom again 6:11 !! Love it Jason ! Especially the ruuf ! Love what you're doing man ! And your kit's are amazing , good on you for moving forward ! Need to see more layout buddy !
Another excellent instructional video 👏
That’s incredible!
Looks great Jason.
I have a thought. Maybe whenever you laser cut, if you have an edge wide enough to fit the stone foundation, add it to every cutting session, & build up extra stock that way. Then, sell it to us 😊
Nice mash-up of kits. Your kits and FOS kits seem to lend themselves to a good kit-bash with each other.
bei lavori ..che bel villaggio .sta diventando una citta. un saluto dalla citta di Varese - Lombardia. ITALIA
Great building
Another great build, Jason! Only problem is, now I really, really, really, REALLY want a Clark Bar, and they're kind of hard to come by!
Great combination of kits. My layout is somewhat smaller than yours (understatement!) and I'm often doing the opposite, looking to build two buildings from one kit! All good fun. Cheers
What about using thin foam attached to a scale board for that purpose. You would be able to press the texture into the foam after it is attached to a thin plank that can be cut with a small saw. Also, that beam appears to be 3/16" instead of 3/32" by 1/4".
Great job ! Just a question : how are you prevent dust on a huge display like yours ?
I HAVE to ask, when you put craft paint onto your palette, why do you remove the cap and scoop it out with a brush instead of just using the dropper top? Been watching for years and always wondered!
Maybe youll make available a four story 3" deep one side 9' long 9"deep other end. Building back drop. I have to replace what i made years ago.
If you kitbash a building like Jason is doing, you can make the building whatever it needs to be. Have fun be creative.
I hope you are going to open this up to the public?
Jason Nice Kitbash. I hate to bother you but I was wondering where you got your Tenshodo 28.7 MM Wheel Base 10.5 mm Wheel Bogie Motor for that engine you printed. I finished print the parts for my engine. also what wheel sets do I need for the other trucks? Thank you Tom
