I wish you guys didn't remove the previous video you had posted on making a deep dish. Also, this is hard to watch which big black boxes on the sides. Thanks for sharing though!
Thank you for the amazing explanation , In Mexico this is a type a pizza you'll never see and this one looks delicious, I'm definitely going to try and make one of these 😋
If you want to add sausage would you put it on top of the cheese (under the top crust)? In the late 70's I lived in Lombard, worked in Northlake and ate stuffed pizza at Nancy's in Elmhurst.
can you tell us how you made the dough? what goes in it and how you process it before sheeting it? -- amazing pizza by the way!!! looks gorgeous and I can't wait to make it at home :)
I turn 50 this year, I have a plan to come to Chicago from the UK to watch the Bears play at Soldier Field and to visit your academy, is there any way of requesting you teach stuffed or deep dish on the day I come?
Wow, 4lbs of cheese!! I haven't had a pizza like that in years, sure miss them. Thanks for the tutorial, but I'll stick with buying them, much easier for me.
I’m from NYC but have tremendous respect for his pizza making skills. He is a master chef. Love learning about these different styles of pizza. Happy New Year 🎊
How much is this pizza with 4lbs of cheese? Not a fan of videos that make a product that's is not what the company sells.. but it looks amazing thanks for the video ❤❤
Holy f*** that's alot of cheese 😂 I thought that was alot after u put cheese on there twice. But adding cheese 2 more times was awesome. U shoulda made it a meat lovers WITHOUT Canadian bacon...yuck!

Exactly the way I remember it from Nancy’s 40 years ago. ❤😊
Love the tutorial, succinctly explained but still in depth.

“Maybe a little bit more!” Finally someone puts cheese on the bottom like our Oley’s here local. I’m on a mission to perfect this pizza. Great video.

Good thing the sheet machine can't have any of that. It wouldn't be able to sheet for a week.
😂 Underrated and overlooked comment!

Bottom crust was from 800g dough ball. Whatwas the weight of the upper crust dough ball?
800 as well, we just cut off the extra
I’m sooooo glad I live in a Chicago suburb!!!

What is the condiment he uses at the end
giardiniera
dough recipe and process please?
This is literally how every deep dish pizza is made unless pizza places are calling stuffed pizza deep dish!
Nah.
Whats that jar at the end?
giardiniera
4lb of cheese with 3lb left in the pan after you get all the slices out.
Are you sure that pan is not a 14" pan? It doesn't look like a 16".
But I do like a layer of Anichini Sausage in mine!
4 lbs of cheese
