Apparently he's still training like a beast but without any definite goal other than health. Most of us couldn't go half as hard if we were prepping for a contest.
He's eating as if he's prepping yes. But more health based. So less gear and likely not quite the same training

@@kidspwnwidrange he said on one of the most recent podcasts that he was totally off. Not "Fouad off" lol. And recently also mentioned his only goal is health so he's cutting the fat to see how he looks a bit slimmer. Which doesn't require any juice at all to do. People who need juice to cut are addicts. It doesn't help at all. I know bc I am one of those ppl lol.

These podcasts are the only thing that keeps my grounded during a panic attack. Whenever I'm having one and it gets to the point of suicidal thoughts I just turn on a fouad podcast and I feel like I'm surrounded by huge cool bodybuilders just shooting the shit in the gym and all the anxiety goes away. Thank you to fouad and all the guys that keep up the commitment of making these shows during their busy lives. It literally is saving lives and mental states all around the world. Keep it up!!

@@FouadAbiad Please do man the podcasts are just awesome. All the different guys and girls bring such different perspectives and jokes in it's like you're talking to family who live far away. I have no living family besides my mom and my brother lives on the other side of the world. So it fills that void for me I guess.

@@crazykorean2268 It's crazy because these guys don't even know how much it helps to just listen to them talk for 3 hours about stuff you're passionate about. I'm bipolar too so I can relate. Not even my benzodiazepines can stop the panic when it sets in but just breathing and listening with my eyes closed it's like a boulder rolling off my back..

Hey Fouad thank you for being open and discussing the mental aspect of bodybuilding, injuries and retirement. When you and Seth were talking about filling a “void” and trying to define what the void actually is, and why bodybuilding filled it, consider this: Training at the level that most pro’s do could actually be a form of “self harm” and might have sone similar characteristics. The void still isn’t clear or definable but for some reason going to a place of pain that most people won’t touch scratches that itch, and temporarily fills that “void.” The problem is, the “pain or void” is ongoing and only training to that place soothes it

Maybe it's not about filling the void but being grateful that you were able to create this void with great experiences. Respect the void in the fact that there is nothing equal to it. Let it make you feel special because not everyone can have that void. Maybe it's a void you just get used to over time and not ever really fill again. Anyways I'm rambling now but I hope this helps. I don't believe the voids' purpose is to take you to dark places but to make you feel proud because you created something that can not be matched.
