Will this cause the car to feel like there’s a lot of rattling/shacking?

For what? For the bearings? Yes the bearing when they are pretty much worn cause rattling because the balls it’s not proper in groove but random, if the trans is shaking the bearing its completely destroyed, check the oil for residues ( mind that there’s a magnet so probably no big residues, but only filings creating glistening on the oil)…
In this case you need to open it as fast as possibile and not use the car, if the rattling is only in gear change is probably the sleeve

@@Hondacrxdelsol33 thanks, to be more specific its a bad shacking the car has like the worst balanced tire ever. but the tires are balance i just replaced the wheel bearings thinking it may be that, it has brand new inner and outer tie rods, and uppe and lower ball joints are in good shape

Could also be motor mounts or cv axles, try to stay oem for cv axles for best results though, or that’s what most people vouch
