  • A Leg workout routine to give u that quick and effective leg pump. Nothing crazy, No PRs, just easy cruise leg workout.
    Comprises a combination of hitting all leg muscle parts;
    - 3 Hamstring straight
    - 3 Quads focused straight
    - 1 glute and Adductor
    - Lunges to stretch out
    Give this workout a try and lemme no how it feels
    All workout was 4sets of each and 10-20reps per set.
