The Cronulla sharks had the longest running drought in history for not winning a premiership. Before they won the comp in their 50th year. A consistent finals team in recent years and one of the few suburban grounds left in the game. They are a humbling team to support, but that makes the wins that much better. Besides that, most of the players in sydney live in Cronulla because they like the beach side lifestyle 😂 We have the best victory song as well….adopted from a drinking song. Up Up Cronulla! 😂

I recall an interview with an opposing captain who says every team had the same game plan, give up the ball so you can tackle and bruise your opponent in the first half then hang onto it in the second half and pile on points but St George were just better at it.
