Richard Curtin I've never seen a receiver get separation as easily as Cooks does. I don't think double teaming can be effective against a guy who simply can't be outrun. He's just too fast.

Everyone wants Cooks on their team- but just remind yourself of who is throwing to him as well.
Like Brees but he has always had weapons. Wentz won games with a scat back & a TE. Get him weapons he will be fine. Still would rather have Davis or Ross & Pryor.
Sd Ny oh Wents will be fine. He just needs an above average wide receiver set. What he had last year was practically bottom of the league and he still found ways to produce. My comment was based more on not being certain if Brandin Cooks is worth the assumed first round pick the Saints are asking for. He's surely talented but there's only a handful of WRs in this league I'd throw my first round pick for and he doesn't fit that bill. My point was more that perhaps Cooks and his numbers were more part of a system that spread defenses. Also, having one of the best QBs of the last ten years unquestionably also helped his numbers. Just not sure I would throw a first round pick at him unless my team had minor holes to fill or maybe some depth depth issues and I was on the cusp of super bowl contender status next season like maybe the Falcons, Steelers, Seahawks etc.The Eagles right now are not that.

Spider-Bat 2099 Then Gronk and Allen, then Lewis and White. If they can somehow land a quality rushing back (better than Blount), they'll have the potential to score 600 points next year.
Lewis and Blount are okay, but they were able to have an explosive offense without any great RBs in 2007
Spider-Bat 2099 They don't need a great RB, but I'd love to see one, even if it's a rookie. The rushing game was non-existent in the post-season.
I think they'll score regardless, but an effective running game would lead to a historically efficient offense.
They wouldn't have to be so one-dimensional and they're improved offensive line would give the RBs some big rushing gains
