ICM is also referred to as "bitch poker". It was WAY underrated in 2005, but overrated these days, 2016 and 2017. I am assuming people will rate it perfectly around 2020 or 2025.

if the chips in large stacks are worth less why should you call tighter versus a small stack? is it because small stacks have a stronger perceived range when shoving? If chips in large stack are worth less shouldn't u be looking to put your opponents (more valuable) chips and tournament life on the line with a loser range?
No, because the shortstacks are looking to double up so their range wont be too wide because of that you must bully them, theyll fold too much but when they open shove 10-15bb their range is strong, unless certain situations when you should call them with almost any 2 cards is when you are in sitting in the BB and a 5-8bb shortstacker shoves at late positions
He was talking about bullying smaller stacks. Calling a shove isn't bullying because you're not changing his decisin in any way. Because of ICM, it might not be profitable to call a shove close to the bubble. That's my understanding of it.

ICM means you are supposed to play tigher, but It's also a catch 22, because others have ICM pressure too, you have more fold equity on your bets.
