For me, self care has always been the last thing on my mind. I found out Vanessa's channel 7 months ago and ngl it has helped me alot, I never did any kind of self care, never took days off and ended up ruining my mental heath which resulted in severe panic attacks and anxiety issues, but thankfully vanessa taught me that giving yourself a break and self love is very important for personal development.
