Biggest takeaway from episode 1 - The Ginger likes clean feet.

Ghost town living! (on youtube)
the mining town of cerro gordo is being rebuilt for visitors and guests!
brent is a great guy!
he enjoys when youtubers get in touch to bring awareness to the project!
might be a great opportunity for the both of you!!!
Whens the next episode!
Monday at 9am PT
The level of production has evolved so much! Really glad to be a part of this journey man. Great work!
Thank you! Glad to have you along.
It’s like you watching a movie!! 💪🏼💪🏼
Loving it! I loved all the drone videos of the mountains. I hope you’re working your way to Utah and meeting up with Matt’s Off-road Recovery, Bleeping Jeep, Fab Rats and others.
Morrvair is sweet machine
Heck yeah it is!!! Wouldn’t it be cool if all the people we watch on CZcams would meet up for, oh should I say it, for one Epic Adventure 😂 😂 😂
This is easily the best off roading adventure channel on CZcams!
Glad you think so!
100%. Only a matter time before ur 10x the current suscribers
Welcome to the US! Have a safe trip and enjoy the wheeling!
Thanks! 😃
Shaun, another amazing production. I have been watching your series for some time and was in awe of your videography of British Columbia and other western Canada locations. A dozen years back I lived in the Eastern Sierra and for a time, the Alabama Hills was home. Death Valley, Saline Valley, Owens Valley and surrounding areas were my stomping grounds in my early Bronco. Since those days, I now call Arizona home. I certainly miss those places and your video reminded me of how tremendously fortunate I am for having experienced those years.. My bucket list now includes a must visit British Colombia... thanks to your efforts. Also, thank you for the beautiful reminder of the Alabama Hills and Mount Whitney scenery.
Awesome, thanks!
@@TheStoryTillNow 88 mph ≈ 141.62 kmh. Then it is the speed of the Range of Light. Travel in time my friend.
Welcome to my back yard! Loved the "I don't know what Mr. Pibb is!" Yeah, we don't either -- who drinks that stuff? It'll be fun to see what else is different for you through this series.
Background music with these drone shot makes me feel like u guys were heading to an epic journey like LOTR and The Hobbit, where u guys will find Elves, hunted down by trolls, find treasures of Dwarves.
BTW Trailwrecker is badass.
Hey! You finally came down to explore my neck of the woods! Welcome to California!
A hearty Welcome to the US to our Canadian friends! Have fun while you’re here. I hope to make it up there sometime again for some off-roading.
So stoked for you all, looking forward to pt 2.!
Nice you made it here! There's probably 2 more epic spots at Alabama Hills. If you are going to take 395 back up to Canada check out Laurel Lakes Road on your way out. Definitely worth the stop. I doubt it's snowed in yet. Good luck on your adventure 👍
Shaun... I've been making videos and TV shows professionally for nearly 4 decades... your youtube channel is inspiring. Without a doubt, your driving/drone shots are AMAZING! Thank you for taking the extra time to make those happen. I saw your screen shot of "editing last weeks video", do you cut in Resolve as well as do your color work? I'm going to go sift through your channel to see if you've ever done a BTS of how you do your videos. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Chris! Yes, I do editing and color in Resolve. Amazing tool. I used Premiere for many years and I'm blown away by how much more efficient and powerful Resolve is.
Agreed - the videography is just incredible.
This was freaking epic. I picture Sean reliving and building the memories of these sweet places when he edits all the time. Looking forward to the next chapter.
That drone footage with the music going into that epic campsite was epic and actually made me slightly emotional. Great job guys
WOW Shaun, you guys look like you had an SUPER, AMAZING, EPIC Adventure.. Your videography has gone leaps and bounds over the last year.
Can't wait for Part Deux.
Happy to see you guys in my neck of the woods. Alabama Hills is an amazing place to camp with a view of Mt. Whitney! The White Mountains are also a great place to explore. The whole 395 in CA is a great road to drive and so many exploring options. Have fun in the US! Looking forward to more videos for inspiration.
I just did Death Valley over the weekend and it is absolutely amazing. I had the same feeling of wonder and amazement. It is a must for everyone
I've seen a lot of "overlander" videos of this area but the quality of your videography is exponentially superior. Great to see you exploring a dramatically different and still spectacular landscape.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Another amazing content!! Awesome drone footage. Thank you for sharing these amazing adventures!
It’s really cool to see you guys wheeling all my regular haunts.
Born and raised in Nevada, but currently living in Santa Cruz, CA. Almost all my “getaways” are spent in the deserts of Nevada and Southern California. It’s mind blowing how much there is to see, with every kind of wheeling imaginable. Too bad Casey wasn’t with you. Maybe next trip.
The cowboy hat is everything. Haha and man oh man, what a good video. Such a cool freakin mine site. Added that to my bucket list 😁
Glad you enjoyed!
Hell yeah! so excited to see you explore this country!
Went to Death Valley about 2 months ago and I'm ready to go back. I'm also wishing I had explored around Alabama Hills a little more. Can't wait to see the next episode.
You should try and meet up with Matt's off-road recovery youtube channel guys while you're down there. I think it would be an easy collaboration for both of you.
Man I hope you, Casey, and the gang’s channels all soar from here on out. You’ve all put in a ton of hard work and it shows. You all deserve it. Have a great adventure for yourself first and then share what you can with us all. We will always be grateful.
Thanks, Chad!
Welcome to our Northern brothers! Enjoy every mile and stay safe out there....
Another Amazing video! The Hat totally fits you! Welcome to the old west Partner! Looking forward to next weeks video.
Interesting how whenever I saw the glaciated and fully forested peaks on your BC adventures I always thought it blew my backyard out of the water. I guess I was taking my home for granted though, glad you thought that area was super cool and it will remind me to have more appreciation for my local spots! Really, really solid edit too btw.
YES to the hat! Love the fact that you're "South of the Border". Dry enough for you? Great video! Loved following you on Instagram! Can't wait for the rest of the America Series to follow! Glad you all made it back safe!!
I admittedly found your channel only recently but idk how it took so long given how many similar channels I watch. But man your production, the storytelling style you bring it’s so easy to immerse myself into the trips. Keep doing great work.
Thanks! Glad you're here!
Possibly the best cinematic shots of Alabama Hills ever produced. The music is spot on. Keep up the good work.
Thanks!
Damn bro, once again...EPIC SCENIC SHOTS. You gotta come to Sedona AZ, you will LOVE the scenery and the trails!!!
Welcome to America, I hope y’all have a safe and wonderful time.
I live in the US and I never thought this place is this beautiful until you showed the drone shots, now I want to visit it.
Your video production is so on point. I feel like I’m watching a full on motion picture.Thank you for the best content on CZcams. Oh and keep the hat.
Ho man this was noice!!!! I was in Death Valley in 2014... in a Mustang convertible. Already back then I knew I should've rented a Jeep!!! The south-west is just... epic.... even more so off road. I went back in 2018, did Las Vegas to Moab and back, off road, 2 weeks on an adventure motorcycle... most of the time we camped in the desert... Epic trip! Next time, I need both the Jeep AND the motorcycle. Anywaaaaays, I'm soooo looking forward to the next few episodes... This is going to be awesome!!! 😎
Please tell me part of your USA tour includes Moab, UT and Ouray, CO! Those spots are what totally sold me on Jeeps. Black Bear Pass is such an amazing trail, and Elephant Hill in Moab is my absolute favorite trail we have run thus far.
Maybe someone already said this, but your first campsite had great views of the highest peak in the U.S. outside of Alaska.
I have been watching and enjoyed so many beautiful foggy sceneries up north and it's interesting to see some of my local trails in your video! cheers
Glad you enjoyed it
@@TheStoryTillNow btw do you know the scary story of Death Valley Germany family? they went through the trail in the your video with a rental minivan, they made it over the cabin and eventually the minivan broke down in 100+ degree weather, they died couple days later.
Stoked you got to do this trip finally 👍🏻👍🏻
Me too! Can't wait to do more traveling.
Yes on the hat and if you make it to Arizona we have some fun trails and stunning views also. Safe travels. 👊🏼🇺🇸🇨🇦💪🏼
Beautiful scenery Shaun! Epic even! And the hat looks great. Can’t wait for Episode 2. - RJ
You guys should come to Texas through Palo Duro Canyon down to Guadalupe Mountains and Big Bend. And while you're here might as well do Padre Island National Seashore which is about 60 miles of Raw Beach front.👍🏾✌🏾
Just as awesome as I thought it would be!!! This is going to be an epic series!!!!!
Great video .. love the drone work! Just back from the other side of the Valley .. did the Racetrack and the Ubehebe mine .. breaking in my new off roader a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport .. did OK and is keeping up to my other older rig. I lifted it and it has all terrains as well as a decent skid plate. 🤠
Very cool!
OMG so excited for you guys, welcome to Mars LOL. Kidding aside enjoy the trip and YES to the hat. My wife and I laughed at some of your comments but we totally get it, we make some of the same comments about the scenery in your BC videos. I hope you get to experience some dunes ( Dumont, Sand Mtn, or Armagosa) which maybe close to your routes. Can't wait to see more and make sure you guys double your water intake, dehydration sneaks up fast.
Make sure you guys check the welds on all your racks that carry heavy equipment. My buddy's bed rack developed cracks on some welds because of the washboard roads there. My 2 front shocks blew on those roads as well lol
Was so excited for this series to drop. Loved watching the snippets on Instagram. Hope next time you all make it to the US you make it to Colorado!
I'll probably check out Colorado in the summer.
@@TheStoryTillNow Amazing. I have plenty of sites, trails, water crossings etc. I'd love to share!
I Love the hat!
Years ago I went to Nevada and only got to see the landscape from a bus. I wanted to see more. This video has Totally resparked that need! Especially now that we have a Gladiator to do it in😁 Fantastic video, can't wait for part 2!
Glad you enjoyed it!
amazingly good movie, waiting for the next episode. Is beautifully
Really great to follow this again and to see you have such a beautiful journey. Already waiting for part 2 and the rest. A loyal follower from the Netherlands, greetings Rene
Glad you enjoyed it!
It's crazy how far you have come with editing man, serious props. I have watched a ton of your early stuff and was cool to see the channel evolve. Looking forward to more from this series!
Thanks for sticking with me! 😀
Oh Man. I'm stuck in Calgary on holidays this week and I could have been in Death Valley. Lol. Thinking of the all the chores I'm gettin done. Should have gone skiing. Sunshine is open. But the weather in Calgary is like Death Valley. Chinooks ville. Enjoy your trip guys.
Now you can scare me in a new country. Absolutely love your channel
Killer video! It was definitely worth getting up early to get those sunrise shots.
Thanks! I loved it so much I got up at 6am every day after that for the whole trip.
Nice Leather Cowboy Hat! Now you're in my home State! We have a good number of Rock Crawling Trails
Absolutely great weather right now for a trip into that area....
I hit the like button about 20 seconds in and wasn't disappointed! Epic adventure for sure! Glad to see you guys in the states👍
Whoa!! Welcome to The States Shaun! Glad to have you! Looking forward to your America tour .... the mr. Pib is the equivalent of a Dr. Pepper ... and yes, mining with a cowboy hat on is hilarious 😂😂😂😂 👍
I’m in Fairbanks Alaska! I’m active duty army and it would be awesome to wheel with y’all here in Alaska!
I definitely want to get to Alaska at some point.
Wow. That was over way too fast. Love the channel and thanks for sharing. Death Valley is high on my todo list , just below B.C.
Welcome Trail Wrecker to the U.S.
Hey Sean brother, great video like usual the drone footage was amazing, you know what's crazy though I still like the footage of BC better it's still more beautiful lifeline, has anybody heard from epic adventure like how's their garage doing that they lose it in the flooding, and how are their homes cuz I haven't seen a video from epic adventure now in 3 weeks so I'm just wondering if they're doing OK and if the shop made it with all the damage of the weather from the flooding and from the extreme freeze anyways hope you guys are all doing well I know Teddy and Casey just posted videos so I saw theirs they're doing all right alright keep up the great work Sean I look forward to your videos!!!👍👍💯🇨🇦
We're all good buddy! Epic was down south with me that's why no videos. I'm sure they will have some up soon.
Man, Alabama Hills is just the coolest place, well captured at sunrise with the drone! Nice work mate.
Mad respect for the U.S.A. Off-roading crew !! 💪🙏🇺🇸
Great video brother! Awesome to see you in my neck of the woods (desert)! Keep up the great content! I'm always inspired watching your videos! Great content! Great edits! Happy Trails!!!
The desert is awesome and with none of those stinking trees to spoil the view. :)
Welcome! Hope the U.S. is treating you and the group well!
The hospitality was amazing.
Great to see you state side. I hope one day you get to Florida and a place called the Ocala National Forest.
I'm jealous of that hat... Looking forward to the rest of the series.
Hat for the win!! 🤠 awesome video looking forward to the series!
Shaun brought the whole entire crew to California damn awesome yes sir my home before I moved to the Pacific Northwest
Welcome to the USA... I'm looking forward to this series; glad you are here Shaun (hat looks good).
I camped in that cabin for a couple of days, this time last year. Glad you guys found it!
Love all your videos, I hope one day to do some offloading in Canada
Great video, great editing, great sound track thanks Shaun...
I mentioned Defense Mine in a comment on your part two vid, glad you got to do it. Happy Wheeling, Cheers.....and Welcome to America. BTW awesome vids of Alabama Rocks, Mt. Whitney with the drone.
Thanks!
Awesome adventures as usual! You passed the road leading to one of the coolest ghost towns in the country - Bodie. But sometimes they close it in the winter. Put that on your list for your next trip! Happy to see that you can still do dispersed camping in Alabama Hills. The BLM has imposed a lot of new restrictions there because so many people have trashed the place and it’s become ridiculously crowded. Very happy to see that you were able to find an epic spot there. Can’t wait for next week’s episode.
Man, if y'all are ever in Oregon there's some great wheeling spots. Great video shaun
The whole Time I was watching this I couldn't help but imagine a TrailRecon & TSTN collab!!! Maybe in the future???
The production quality, narration, videography, etc etc. 10/10 and better than a lot of big TV show/channels with simple content. I’m glad I subscribed! Keep it going. You will get far my dude!
Thanks so much.
Love it! Just made my way down 395 through California then up through Arizona on 89 through Utah on Rt 12…love seeming this! Keep the content coming! Many thanks!
This was fantastic! Great job!!
Yes to the “Indiana Jones” style hat. Good choice since you are traveling through a number of movie set locations
I'm sure it's a nice change from snow and wet
Epic views and pretty awesome editing! Im a big fan of your series! Thumbs up! 👍
Thanks a ton!
I live in Northern Cal & have never seen most of the areas that you showed - good stuff. Too bad you didn’t see Yosemite, but now you have something for next time. 🇺🇸🤘🏻🇨🇦
Outstanding video. This is going to be an awesome series.
Damn, I wish I would have known you guys were coming to California. I'd liked to have meet up and done some wheelin' with yall. Especially at Death Valley during this time of the year.
Welcome to America, enjoy your travels and stay safe and healthy! Great video.
Just got back from the same trip. Was badass. Great place to jeep the jeep up to 90 offroad
Man what an epic video. That first camp site you found and the sunrise stuff you got was breathtaking.
Thank you
Shawn absolutely love the hat! my wife and I are just astonished at the level of your videography; you are above Hollywood's standards!!
Thanks!
I’m super bummed i didnt get to say hi while you was in California bro. Glad to see you made it down here tho. You are honestly one of the biggest reasons i got into this and bought a JT
Welcome to the United States Shaun and friends! I'm very happy to see you guys come down and see what we have to offer.
Alabama Hills and Death Valley are really spectacular! Hopefully Trona Pinnacles is on your itinerary too. That place is really cool! My first trip to DV was in March of 2020 about a week before the National Parks closed down. I wasn't expecting so much variety and beauty; really impressed me! Hoping to get back this winter, hopefully just after some rain. This is for sure one of the best Jeep adventure videos I've seen...and I've watch hundreds! O|||||||O
AMAZING CONTENT!!! Great job Sean, been watching all you Canada content for a while now, awesome to see your down here in my state of California!!keep up the good work
Awesome! Thank you!
I did DV about this time last year. My little nephews did it in their
Yotas. Welcome to The Club!!!!!
Welcome to the states sir hope you’ve enjoyed wheeling here 🇺🇸
This is something else mate. A truly epic adventure 👏🏼👏🏼
