You can drop the celery powder or use fresh celery instead. Saute it together with the carrots. Yung cheese, regular lang para di agad magmelt pag finafry :)
Dagdagan mo po ng cornstarch+water (slurry) yung mixture para mas intact siya sa loob. Pwede mo rin po iseal yung wrapper using egg wash or cornstarch with water, instead of just water lang
