I'm still having trouble. Updated everything to the most recent update and nothing it working unfortunately. I just got a HDMI splitter in the mail today to see if it would make a difference, and the 2nd monitor is on now, thankfully. Buuuut it still isn't letting me change the display

same here..i've done everything. Uninstall driver, reinstall driver, change settings, change cables. Could it be a Windows 11 bug?

Open nvidia control panel... Click on adjust resolution... Select display resolution with hdmi -TV... To your desired resolution and boom there goes ur duplicate screen with new resolution...
only thing that worked, everything else is just bullshit.
I just opened my Nvidia control panel and it auto detected my second monitor.
