Can this tilt up to use as a webcam face light? Can you test this? I've not found any review test/do this.

Heyyyy, before I bought mine, I did some research and saw a couple of small differences. Built the same, dials, functions, just better Colour Rending Index (CRI) aka higher quality colour reproduction. But the price was slightly more expensive, so I went with this. Haha ! Excited for you ! Let me know when you receive it, would be keen to know if there is any real differences :D

I actually recently bought the Xiaomi Mijia Screenbar, but it is just not suitable for my monitor since the mounting clamp is too curved and kind of presses on my screen. It's a great product but that seems like a big flaw. Ended up just putting it up on carousell at a loss. :(

Hey Katrina, not much info provided other than the design and the CRI (color rendering index). If you plan to shoot videos or photos, the higher CRI index the better 😬. @@kendidshoots of course, never had a problem when switch off main light anymore. Don’t need to turn table lamp what so ever and make it my table looks clean and minimalist. I can focus more on my work, chilling with my spotify with scented candle to have a relaxing mood and I can watch movie without tiring my eyes. What a small lamp could improve your life and works. Hey Asif, yes it is. But beware, upon tilting the light to illuminate the desk for writing and reading, you might catch it at the top corner of your eye. Might be annoying 😛
Hey Enrilsen, thanks for the feedback! So far it’s like a hinge system on the mounting part. If you lay the plate flat, with some double sided tape it should be doable, else you may have to come up with some creative ideas go around it. Say brackets to hold it in place ☺️ let me know how it goes !!
is the hook/clamp system spring loaded or just hanging using the weights? i tried another model which is spring loaded, but since my monitor is bezel-less, it was pressing on my screen which i didn't like.. appreciate some advice :)
Hey there, the lamp just hangs on top of the monitor (no springs). If you adjust it right, you can have it to sit on your monitor frame. At least for mine, it's sitting directly on top of the monitor frame ~! What monitor are you using btw? 😁
Hey there! For sure, it'll be okay to use it as a study lamp. You can tilt the angle to illuminate the desk area, but your books have to be under the screenbar area of course. You also get to change color temperature (Warm, Netural, Cool !)
What's the height of mounting foot on front of the screen? I have a monitor with quite thin bezels and wonder if this lamp will not stick out to the top of the screen.

Can I adjust the colour temperature? Or I've to play with only that 3 presets?
